Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.44/day in the week to Aug 4 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the better indie FPS games out there, imitating the Doom Eternal formula with its own twist. After playing through all 3 episodes, I have mixed feelings about it. The Good: - Most of the weapons feel very good to shoot with (except Telefragger and Chainsaw Arms which felt awkward to use). - Weapon Upgrades and Augments are interesting and fun to experiment with. - There's a healthy variety of enemies, each having an optimal approach to kill them. - The Bossfights are pretty well executed. - The graphics and art style look nice overall. - I liked the soundtrack a lot. The Bad: - The game overstays its welcome. By the time you reach Episode 3 you have the full arsenal and most fights will play out the same, making the episode feel like a huge grind. The fact that it also has a lot of repetitive objectives doesn't help either. - The story and dialogue are rather cringe, feels like they were written by a middle-schooler. This is a problem because I had a hard time getting immersed into what was happening within levels. Luckily the well designed combat kept me going. - Besides the Terratek Keys which give new Augments, the other collectibles feel unrewarding. Tapes give you more levels to play in a game that already feels too long and Chips give you cheats which aren't necessary since you're already overpowered with proper augment setup. Also, it feels weird having to collect all of them within a level to unlock something, if you've found only some of them you get a pat on the back. - Some balancing issues (Chainsaw Legs kill any enemy in max 3 hits with upgrades which is broken, Dual Wielded Uzis become obsolete after getting the Chaingun, some augments feel useless). - The upgrade currency Zhen is poorly balanced since you can easily stay on top of purchasing every upgrade and augment, especially from episode 2 onward. It also becomes completely worthless once you've unlocked everything, at which point you just keep piling it up with no use. - Character models look kinda ugly. Overall it's a good FPS but there's plenty of room to improve here.

Great boomer shooter. Unique upgrade system, very impressive ost, good selection of enemies and fun climbing/jumping systems. 9/10. Not perfect because the game can crash if u minimize it, sometimes if you die to a boss the items in the arena disappear (last boss i had barely ammo only on 2-3 weapons, and health/damage pickups disappeared). Few levels may cause huge fps drops (from 300 to 50), like in Episode 3 Infestation level. It doesn't take much to improve the current bugs/crashes/fps drops.. Would recommend mostly to fps lovers, who remember old fast-movement shooters.. Or games like Doom Eternal, Incision/Old Quakes. The game drags on a bit, so would recommend 1-4 hours of game sessions.. Played on Hard, but once you keep moving, enemy weakness to certain weapon, enemy prioritization and few other mechanics like triple jumping/implants that compliment each other.. there is no reason to play on first two difficulties.
Very disappointing. I don’t even know where to begin. Suffice it to say I am relieved to be able to get a refund. Turbo Overkill is derivative, repetitive, boring, bland, janky, cringe, and lame. Derivative because you might as well play Doom: Eternal, or literally any other boomer shooter of all time, instead. Repetitive and boring because the level design is straight and narrow, while the enemies are always all ways mindless fodder and incompetent bullet sponges. No “combat chess” here, just zombie hordes for the mowing. Actual mowing would be more fun. Bland because its aesthetic—albeit an enjoyable one—has also been done to death by better games in recent years. Ghostrunner is a craving I’m left wanting with, for example. Sprawl would be another recommendation I’d make over this game. Janky (and this is the worst part of all I would say, the thing that soured and fermented me in’towards these other thoughts first and foremost) because the Steam Deck preset does NOT perform well on a Steam Deck AT ALL. The framerate routinely settled at 50 or 40fps instead of 60 or 90. All while system battery power utilization was damn near maxed out. It makes no sense. The way I did finally achieve steady stable 60 was lowering the resolution to 576p or whatever the lowest 16:9 resolution (not even 16:10 to fill the screen!) offered was. Oh yeah, and not every command mentioned in tutorial pop-ups has a default gamepad keybind, fyi. That aspect also isn’t part of a good experience. Perhaps I’ll add a screenshot of this phenomenon later. Whatever the case, this game should definitely NOT be Deck Verified in its current state. Cringe and lame because the audio logs are especially cringe. Overwrought. Insisting upon themselves. Etc. I turned the Voice volume down but still, the fact that I had to… Hardly helped anything. Turdo Undercooked. $7 refund received.
Очень круто, очень сильно, но затянуто. Финальные локи, финальные боссы. Не знаю зачем разработчики так сильно хотели удержать игрока на еще часиков 5, но в целом игра получилась великолепная. 9.5/10
Fun, fast and satisfying. You must kill everything and you must do it in excess and it must seem like you are not even trying. Some annoyingly hard-to-see enemies will oneshot you on max difficulty. Visual noise from enemy attacks will often make precision gunplay difficult. A fantastic game overall: cool story, great levels, original weapons, and everything flows really well. 9.5/10
Its okay, very boring and repetitive. If you want a boomer shooter or a fun shooter at all play Ultrakill with that being said I think I liked some aspects of the game such as the variety of weapons and the chainsaw leg but its overall just very boring and I feel nothing playing it so its kinda a waste of my money. If you buy this expect to get terrible level design, terrible enemies, repetitive gameplay and a beautiful cyberpunk world that I actually think is well crafted with terrible platforming that does not feel fun.
Turbo Overkill starts off strong, feeling like a mix of DOOM Eternal, Titanfall 2, and ULTRAKILL. Sadly, it doesn’t keep that momentum and ends up feeling inconsistent. Some sections are excellent, but others feel unfinished, almost like they are (still) early access content. The boss fights, in particular, are very disappointing. Also, the vehicular sections are just boring. The whole thing feels like a more ambitious but less competent Shadow Warrior 3. Edit: This is the Ultimate Edition ... I ran into multiple issues—scripts broke on the final level several times forcing a level restart, the chainsaw arms often didn’t register ammo, got stuck in level geometry more than once, and there were plenty of smaller technical problems.
Having a repetitive combat in a long game is kinda bad, but also the exploration is dull and enemies like... just right there.... not iconic at all or fun to engage with.
