Zelda x FEZ <3
De lo mejor que he jugado en mi vida, es una sensacion extraña, es como jugar hollow knight por primera vez o la primera run de dark souls 1, un viaje unico, toavia me falta un poco para completarlo, de los mejores videjuegos de la historia.
Feels like a love letter to old school NES adventure greats. The sense of exploration and discovery is very well done. Explore and discover at your own pace. The manual element is nice and includes old-school maps and info. It's similar to the first LoZ on NES back when I played it in the 80's. I recommend not using any guides if you want to experience a similar feeling.

this game does a great job for forcing me to think, or me thinking outside the box, where the main challenge of this game is figuring out what to do. because aside from the first 5 minutes of the game, everything in this game is hard. my only cons in this game is, trash parry, and trash stanima system, and thats about it.
This is one of the best gaming experiences I've had, it's about a very unique feeling that some people may not know specially nowadays, about playing games in a language you don't understand, and looking at the manual or guides online to figure out what to do, using a dictionary and parsing the little meaning from the few words you know, staring at images and screenshots, and ultimately having to take your time to decipher and comprehend that world.. tunic has a really pretty in-game manual written in a made-up language (that you can actually translate), and so you'll need to do just that to progress in this game. The presentation reminds me of the old zelda games, you go exploring and unlocking more tools and weapons so you can progress more and achieve your goal. Combat is simple and hard but the game has acessibility options if that gets too frustating, this game isn't about the combat anyway but about understanding this world, it's a puzzle game above anything else. Art and soundtrack are really good, I think it all fits the game really well and it comes together to make some really memorable moments. Bossfights are specially fun. My only problem is with the golden cross puzzles, I really wish we had some kind of indicator if it's working or not, and the solutions weren't so big that you may missinput one wrong button and then spend the next hour wondering what went wrong. I think The Witness did this kind of puzzle way way better. I really recommend going into this game blind, it has one of the most satisfying puzzles I've solved in a videogame and solving it yourself will be really rewarding. If you like games like The Witness, Animal Well and Blue Prince it's an easy recommend, this has huge hidden depths to explore.

I would never have picked this game up if it hadn't been recommended to me, and I'm glad I tried it out! Combat wasn't crazy difficult, but that's not what really makes this game. What makes this game is all of the hidden puzzles that need to be solved to complete the game. Despite frustratingly many times going over the areas over and over and slowly uncovering most of the hidden secrets this game held, it continued to hold my attention. I've never before had a piece of paper out to jot down notes or work out the solutions to puzzles during a video game, but here I am with paper filled with notes and drawings that helped me complete the game. Try to keep things spoiler free and solve the puzzles on your own and this game gives you lots of satisfaction once you've completed it.
A love letter to mystery ruined by its climax. TUNIC is one of the most fascinating and rewarding experiences I have played in a long time, although it falls just short of absolute excellence due to a poorly balanced final stretch. A sublime art direction: Visually, it is an isometric marvel. The color palette, the lighting, and the world design catch your eye from the very first minute. Organic progression and constant satisfaction: The sense of discovery is constant. The game doesn't hold your hand; it drops you into an enigmatic world and trusts your curiosity and intuition to open shortcuts, understand mechanics, and move forward. Even the backtracking is very well paced. The instruction manual (A true masterpiece): It is, without exaggeration, one of the most original and brilliant ideas I have seen in years regarding tutorials and learning ("how to play"). Finding loose pages, deciphering illustrations, and unraveling the game's secrets through a retro booklet in an invented language is pure magic. The dark spot, the final combat. The final combat tarnishes the experience: All the pacing, elegance, and accumulated fun crash head-on into an absurd final boss. I don't consider myself a bad player (I am seasoned in demanding games and tough challenges), but after more than 50 frustrating attempts, I was forced to activate the accessibility options and lower the difficulty in order to finish it. An artificial and unnecessary difficulty spike that leaves a bitter aftertaste to an otherwise outstanding adventure. Verdict: Recommended for its art, its atmosphere, and the brilliant concept of its manual, but it is a shame that such an unbalanced combat design at the end eclipses what could have been a flawless masterpiece.
