so cute
Great on deck!
Just started this game I can tell why everyone recommends it. AWESOME GAME!
Must play This game is really tight and well made in each and every aspect Balance in progress vs searching, the obvious and secrets makes for near perfect exploring The way your items are integrated to the level desing is déjà vu, yet a fresh approach The pages you find really revealing and requiring some attentions to decypher That mysterious language making you feel like an outsider, in a good way Even parts of gameplay are revealed as you progress for an organic learning curve All is set for a great mysterious adventure to enjoy and discover
I know games with tutorials, and they all deserve nothing.
TUNIC is like if Blue Prince and A Link to the Past had a child. An incredible package of puzzles which stretch the mind to its limits bundled in a classic "Action Adventure" style. Thoroughly loved the game.
Det er VILD godt!
[NO SPOILERS] I think I could recommend this game, but with some caveats. If you are not a fan of Souls like games, immediately turn off the stamina meter. And then, if you're like me and it's still too difficult, just turn on the 'no fail' option. There is no shame in it, especially near the end when combat gets insanely difficult. The main draw for this game was the puzzles and the instruction book, and in that regard the game delivers a fun adventure with satisfying puzzles...up until the end. However, I think it very much misses the landing at the final hours. It no longer becomes a game about 'use the clues in the manual and in your environment to solve puzzles!' and more 'I hope you enjoy scavenger hunts and very, very tedious button inputs!' Seriously, the final hours of the game really soured my entire experience. The absolute final puzzle was both the greatest part of this game, and the most emblematic of the problems I discussed. A cool idea that blew my mind once I understood it, but also left me very annoyed and upset and it's ultimate implementation. Is the price tag worth it for the first 90% of the game, and the final realization at that final puzzle? Yeah, sure, if it's on sale.
