Play Tropico 4 or 6 instead. This is one of the worst in between the best two
Tropico fans will tell you there's better entries in the serie. That's true, but it doesn't mean you should skip this one either.
Brilliant game overall, Tropico 6 isn't worth it, it's just 5 with some expensive addons and better graphics. Only thing that drives me insane is, there is a hidden pop cap set to 2050 people. In sandbox on huge islands this is absolute bollocks! 160 pensioners, 180 students, 600 children and some rebels makes like 900 pop outside of the workforce. 1100 to run black balance with all the amenities needed after 1990 is FKN STUPID! Education and entertainment buildings provide far too little user capacity (a highschool or university on 15 graduates a year? An opera having as many visitors as a pub but taking up 4x the space? BOLLOCKS!!!) So, only advisable to play on tiny or small maps unless a remove pop cap mod/ option is introduced. This thing was built for 8GB Ram pc's, we don't need pop cap anymore.
