Never liked it, can't recommend. The collector's bundle was 99% off for 5 minutes one night in 2014 and a random guy who bought a ton of them sent me a copy for free. Thanks stranger, couple of cents well spent.

I’ve played Tropico 4 for many hours and it still hits. Being El Presidente and shaping an island—from building roads and schools to dealing with riots and foreign powers—gives this sweet balance between chill city building and political chaos. The humor, soundtrack, and art style all work together to create a game that’s relaxing but never boring. Perfect if you enjoy management sims with personality.
Personally, I think this is the best game in the series. It manages to be easy to get into, and catches the Tropico vibe perfectly without being too goofy (looking at Tropico 6, and the ability to steal landmarks.) It genuinely feels like you are running a backwater banana republic, as it should. I still find myself coming back to play it again and again.
