Best game ever
A chill city builder but the campaign ends with a whimper. There is no sense of progression and all of the challenges are generally approached the same way. Fun but simple, repetitive, and unmemorable.

Lots of fun to play. The game itself is great. The music and the remarks of the characters really add to the enjoyment. The more recent Tropico 6 lost most of the appeal.
