Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Pretty solid game, but constant black screens after cut scenes forcing a restart makes multiplayer lame.

This feels like one of the best Trine entries, though admittedly it's been a while since I've played the previous games and my experience is limited to the single player. The puzzles are very clever and I almost never felt like I needed a hint to get through them. 80% of them are fairly simple and the remaining 20% I could just concentrate on them for a few minutes, try a couple different ideas, and then work out what needed to happen. You feel smart every time you solve that 20% and you realize there's some deeper complexity to the mechanics than you first thought. The background graphics are gorgeous and it has a wide variety of levels and ideas to explore. I only have 2 real complaints. First, there's really too many mechanics at this point. A new puzzle comes up and my biggest challenge is remembering how many different ways I have to lock an object in place. Second, the series is getting pretty lore heavy for a story I barely remember. The characters will be like "this object has a toy mouse on it, I know who this belongs to." I have no clue who you're talking about, my dude. I think there was like an evil wizard or something in the last one? Wait, didn't all of them have an evil wizard? Wasn't there like a cliffhanger in Trine 3 or something we never resolved? I honestly have no idea anymore.

Best version of the trine series!! They really cracked the code with this one. Mechanics are really polished but do allow for a lot of cheesing with the puzzles. If you're only gonna play one, play this, but if you want to experience the wackiness of the series, definitely end with this one!

The fairy tale aesthetic is great as always, the new puzzle mechanics are fun and it's a great time with friends. A couple nitpicks: - too many puzzles have only 1 solution - characters sometimes vibrate while moving - skill cooldowns unnecessarily slow down progression - the skill tree tutorial won't go away if you don't go through it, and it reappears when you redo the level it first shows up in 100% achievement completion boils down to finishing a casual playthrough, backtracking for a collectathon and pulling off a couple challenging tricks. You're able to see exactly at which checkpoint in the level you missed something, so 100%ing this is easy and fun.
This is probably the best Trine in the series. The puzzles are more difficult than 4 and there is WAY more content in this game. The levels can be long but its nice they put in so much content for the price point.
Trine 5 is a beautiful and fun puzzle-platformer with great co-op gameplay. The puzzles are creative, the visuals are stunning, and it’s a great game to play with friends!
Während teil 3 und 4 nicht das waren was Trine ausmacht ist die Serie mit teil 5 endlich wieder zurück. Mega gutes Game!!!!
