Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

This game is so peak
Story: there is a story. Voice acting: yes. Graphics: pretty good. Combat: epic. This game's claim to existence was basically reviving the awesome slow-mo combat of F.E.A.R., and not only does it show, but it delivers. In nearly every other aspect, it feels like a fan game made from stock assets. The story, writing, and voice-acting are amateur but endearingly genuine—though whoever did the enemy NPC combat lines ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nailed it. The level graphics and design look good but are too "realistically" cluttered and dark for the combat, causing you to easily get lost or struggle to see targets when things get hectic. Lighting aside, the visual effects like blood and particles are really good, but not quite the cascading deluge of the original F.E.A.R.. And while things like the glass shattering sound are about as stock as it gets and the audio mixing for dialog was... attempted..., all the combat sounds are delightfully visceral and punchy. Plus, half the songs are bangers. But the combat—oh the combat! It perfectly recreates that era of shooter that brought us the original F.E.A.R.; the intensity of a run-and-gun boomer-shooter distilled by the two-weapon simplicity of a 'modern' shooter to put full emphasis on just sending bullets into bad guys as you slide-kick through particle effects in glorious slow-motion to a chorus of muzzle blasts you can feel in your stomach. Plus, the movement is so tight and responsive I honestly questioned whether this was on the Source engine at one point. It's so good I can't bring myself to care about the other issues it has, like the placeholder skyboxes or backwards helicopter rotors rotors. At least until I hit one of the (admittedly necessary for the pacing/juxtaposition) stealth and/or horror sequences. Which aren't awful—just not very engaging compared to the balls-to-the-wall shootouts across the rest of the game. 7/10, but that 7 is 100% UDSA Certified BEEF.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Such an improvement from Trepang1 weird how you completely changed the game to a shooter though
Genuinely one of the best OSTs ive ever heard in a game, they certainly were NOT lying when they said you would feel like a badass (ive played it for way longer, just not on steam. i do NOT have only 4 hours on this game lol)
Shooter in the same vein as F.E.A.R. with some Hardcore Henry vibes, but with a more piecemeal depiction of story. Despite being simplistic, the micro and macro plot are nice enough. Gameplay is great, gunplay and moment-to-moment action is enjoyable, and the variety of modifiers and difficulties leave plenty of room to retry levels in different ways. The enforced downtime can be a drag for repeat playthroughs, however, since levels are forced to rebuild tempo and tension from the ground up every time. Would gladly rebuy on sale, unsure on full price unless you know you'll be replaying levels a good amount. Still recommend.
I honestly don't understand why they're adding monsters to such a fantastic successor to Max Payne.
👍
Amazing gunplay, very bizarre story (ive finished the story and all side missions and still dont know what the game was even about) but nobody cares, definitely has replay value
great game! was on offer for a few quid, absolute steal.
You should play this game. If you have money and you have enjoyed a single action movie or first person shooter, buy this game. The story is very detailed, but not in your face. The game does not stretch out too long but has enough difficulty to last a while. There is plenty of side content to keep you hooked. The gameplay is more addicting than most drugs on the street with music that will have you shooting your load with your eyes rolled so far back, anyone walking in your room might think you're possessed. Do not do what I did and wait to play this. Get into it, indulge in the gameplay, push yourself to learn and earn stuff, and you will love it.
