Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

there was a specific magic to our sessions in 2023—the medieval atmosphere was spot on. lately, the shift toward an anime-inspired look has soured the experience for me. it’s lost that 'special something' that made me fall in love with it in the first place. truly sad to see the direction change like this.
For a game that's supposedly a tavern management game, you spend very little time inside said tavern. The gameplay has become a stagnant chore-fest that does not feel good to play. It's a shame, because it actually was a better game back when it had *less* to it... I'd rather automate the outside chores (gathering materials/ingredients) than the *inside* tasks (bartending/food serving/customer maintenance). That's what separated this game from the rest. Now? It's just a Stardew clone. Also, I have a sneaking suspicion that this is going to become abandonware sooner or later. The development progress is at a snails pace, and we've all seen what becomes of that. Terminally EA.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Loved it... until I didn't. I'll keep this relatively spoiler free, promise. Coming from years of playing Harvest Moon, Stardew, etc., this was everything I wanted, 1.) a far more interesting take on a farm game, 2.) lots of elements that truly feel considered and geared towards playability, and 3.) an interesting story. I was excited to tell my friends I found smth we could all play together that's even better than Stardew. The storyline is where record skipped for me. Just when it feels like things were getting good, they were completely undercut by fourth wall breaking character dialogue that points to 1.) the fact that the game is still in development (we know, so it seems like a weird thing to reiterate in-game) and that 2.) the devs have no idea where the story is going to go... idk, it just felt like a huge miss where there was opportunity to get ppl excited about the story in an immersive way. Instead, I came away wondering if the story is more of an afterthought. tl;dr, end of the latest part of the story was a huge turnoff. Undecided on investing more time in it.
Another update with a lot of new decoration items and features, and the Reputation Level is still stuck at 55 and no new Dining Zones either. I am sad because I want to play Traveller's Rest not whatever this game is becoming.
I think it's time for me to share my thoughts about this game. Most of the recent negative reviews i read pretty much sums up what i'm feeling. The game is not going in the direction that i hoped for. But, i still need to give it a thumbs up. Let me explain. When i bought the game last year, most of the gameplay was centered on the tavern management and being an innkeeper. Farming, Animals and Fishing was already implemented into the game. I enjoyed farming my owned ingredients, but i let down anything related to animals and fishing, mostly because it was not interresting enough for me, too time consuming, and completely skippable by purchasing fishes and animal products directly from vendors. My gameplay loop was waking up in the morning, go to town to buy seeds, meat and fish, do a bit of farming, prepare drinks and cook food, that was the morning chores.. then open the tavern and play as the bartender/server for the rest of the in-game day. I absolutely enjoy anything i do inside the tavern, espicially taking care of food and serving drinks. That's pretty simple in term of gameplay, but that's the part i enjoyed the most. Doing that task gives reputation, that is used to buy more recipe for variety, which gave me a good sense of progression. I was absolutely loving the game in it's current state and was thrilled to see that it's still early access, expecting more and more content. Then, more content came. More content that are not directly related to the tavern. A large update dedicated to mining. While it's still completely optional, mining is required to unlock tools and items that goes inside the tavern. That means a large potion of the game-time goes into mining. And now a whole large update dedicated to magic. That's means more things to do, more area, more running around the world, which eats up time could have been added to direct tavern management. I just want to be clear though. All that added content is very nice. It's enjoyable. It's polished and very well made. If i had never ever heard of Traveller's Rest before and jumped into the game right now, maybe i would enjoy it all as a whole and wouldn't complain at all. So here i am. I purchased a game that i thought would go all in into tavern management, but it decided to expand in every other direction instead. However, the core of the game i purchased is still completely intact, the same gameplay loop that i enjoyed last year is untouched and the extra content is technically optional. Sometimes, games turn around and go in another direction, completely altering the gameplay and changing mechanics. It's not the case here. I'm still going back to play it and enjoy the game. I'm still glad of my purchase and i wouldn't ask for a refund even if i could. So i really cannot give it a thumbs down. But, i think it's time for me to let down my hopes. The tavern management side of this game seems to be complete, and the future updates will most likely go elsewhere.
Leans to hard into crafting/mining/farming and developing your "plot of land" and not enough on running a tavern. It's basically Stardew valley if you moonlit at the Stardrop Saloon. Frankly it's fine, but it'd have been much, much better if it went full into the tavern running and didn't try and to be Stardew valley.
