For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

gut
First off I do enjoy this game, i also have train sim world 3. My complaints are you don't seem to get much for what you pay for with them charging 30 plus for most dlc and 60 for another game. They should allow all the american/canadian models that you buy to be used on other american/canadian lines because lets be honest they all have the same trains. Like you can use the SD70ACE on BNSF or UP but not on CSX or NS. The horn sounds also leave a lot to be desired. I feel like it wouldnt be very hard for them to add a CN or CPKCS line either. (The in game CN line gets old fast except you do get to hear that sweet non-turbo GP38) The freight is pretty bland, no military or planes, and they seem to belive that each railroad only hauls their freight. Switching is also pretty bland, most of your time being spent driving around at 15 miles an hour in an empty yard. All the locomotives and railcars have fresh paint jobs when in real life they usually have turbo burns on the doors and accumulated dirt, graffiti and worn paint. Does anybody even play the european lines? I bought the caltrain switcher and you cant even play it. I definitely wont be buying Trainsim 6 but with how much ive invested (prolly 200) i still play it and hope that it will improve someday.

Слишком дорого....
I really love this game. At the same time it's very easy and very difficult. Basic "driving" is quite easy, but as soon as you try to drive cargo or steam trains, you really need to know them. Great game, but too many pricey expansions. I think the basic game should include more.
My favourite part of the game is that you can spawn trains in free roam or timetable to mess around and do random things just like in train sim 4. Also the creators club features like the formation designer are fun to use.
