overall alright for in between.

Common piping puzzles. Slow, laggy rotation and transitions. Game default language as Russian and music always on on startup. Poor achievement management when only offering 21 short stages, yet expects to grind redundantly for most of achievements by repeating, for 150 stages completed, 1000s of rotations, 500 broken pipes, .... Waste of time, and glad, the torture was finally over.
TOXIC PLUMBING is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, IndieLip. These guys do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into cheap nasty shovelware game bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab.

This time they've ripped off a Construct 2 template/tutorial for Pipe Dream/Pipe Mania (copyright Lucasfilm Games, 1989), reskinned it and dumped it on Steam.

Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.

There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics.

The game features somewhat lazy, simplistic 2D graphics, of the type you normally expect to see in low effort Flash/browser games and mobile apps. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing.

The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just iPhone screen tapping stuff. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here.

This looks and feels like a mobile app, but I wasn't able to find it on the app stores. Maybe it was removed, maybe it was rejected by Apple and Google (they do have more rigorous quality standards than Valve does for Steam, after all).

Regardless, for all intents and purposes "TOXIC PLUMBING" might as well be a mobile app, it has the same limitations and dumbed down qualities. It's impossible to recommend such a game to PC gamers. We don't spend all this money building gaming rigs so we can pretend they're iPhones and play games that might as well be mobile apps.

These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.

The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 10 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
Warning: Review Manipulation!

This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product.

TOXIC PLUMBING is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Because this is the kind of game you can just play for free on mobile phones, it's impossible to recommend anyone should pay money for the same experience on Steam.
Felt like a flash game from a few years ago. I mean, it was pretty straight forward: connect the 2 ends, turn tubes. Game is in Russian and English. The beginning language is Russian; I would've put English first and the possibility to play it also in Russian. Because every time I turned the game on, I was switching the language. Completed 100% achievements. Would I recommend it for achievements? Depends. I completed the game in 1 day with some breaks and even so it got very boring and repetetive. It only has 20 levels, but the achievements ask for you to play like 10 times more. At one point it felt like I won't be able to get a few achievements, because you don't see your progress. I felt like I did way more and should've gotten the achievements a long time ago, yet no. I would say get the game, but don't do it all in one sitting. It doesn't have in-game pop-ups. Also, steam overlay is not available in this game. Time to complete: 3-4 hours, although some people have finished in ~2 hours. Yet I was focusing on a series of achievements - without trying to combine multiple of them, maybe that was the reason it took me so much time.
A very short game, which would be fair given the price but it is SHORT. Additionally the game play is clunky, rotation is slow and only in one direction. This means if you are clicking fast to turn a pipe and over click it will go past where you need it, much more annoying in later levels where the pipes can break.
