Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

You ever wanted to know what it's like to talk to 14 other redditors in real time? That's what this game is like.
How to gamethrow as each important role: 1. Jailor - Just insta execute the most loud person in the chat, they will usually rage quite a bit and curse you out before being brutally slaughtered in the jail cell. If they are indeed town then good, if evil you have another chance to kill a known townie later in the game which is easier since you'll likely know who is town by then. 2. Mayor - reveal d1 and start making the worst decisions possible or just pretend to be stupid, quite simple as you have 3 votes. 3. transporter - always always transport yourself with the mayor or known jailor or who you think might be jailor. Draw attention to yourself similar to a vet bait play, the mafia/NK will then attack you causing the mayor/jailor to be killed instead. Any town protectives will most likely target the jailor/mayor right? so switching them with you will cause YOU to be shielded instead. Write a fabricated will to confuse the other players even more. 4. Mafia - just fake afk quite simple, you can also just out your own teammates but eh its way too obvious. When getting sussed out tell them to hang the NKs instead but that will never happen because mafias always get hung first. 5. Town protective (Doctor and Bodyguard) - Quite simple, roll a 15-sided dice on google and always shield the exact same person all the time re-roll if it's yourself. Self-protect n1. Again write a fabricated will when questioned. 6. Vigilante - Shoot the mayor if revealed, shoot the jailor claims (this one may be harder since jesters fake claim jailor often). If questioned of course say that you're a different role. After suicide claim that a witch controlled you, this will often cause the town to hunt for a non-existant witch leading to even more confusion. 7. Escort or "tavern keeper" - Just rb the mediums, or better yet a town protective. Also consider vigilantes and jailor although you need to assess whether or not the vigilante is smart. You're basically playing as a consort or "bootlegger". 8. Survivor - Play as a jester try to get yourself hanged and always assist evils every single time. You can also pretend to help the town to be more stealthy only to backstab them later. This will decrease the overall trust in survivors in the entire player base. 9. Jester - have a fake will so incredibly good and lowkey that the players believe that you are a survivor or an unimportant townie. If evil majority reveal yourself and side with the minority evil faction. 10. Veteran - This is a fun one, call tp/lo and pretend to be an important role such as a jailor or mayor and then alert, killing off every single town protective and lookouts that visit you. Alternatively, you can call for a tp chain d1 this will usually get at least 1 town protective to be killed. 11. Investigator - Fake your will and falsely accuse someone of being mafia which will usually result in a 1f1 with the mafia confusing you as executioner. Investigators are often believed more than sheriff which means that the town will likely hang an innocent and then vigilante shoot/jailor execute you the following night. 12. Sheriff - Just either be afk and never post or post fake results these both lead to a swift town loss. Note that sheriffs are believed much much less than investigators and lookouts. 13. Lookout - Falsely accuse someone of killing n1 though this might be considered an "exe play" and ignored or just be afk and never post at all. 14. Spy - Do nothing at all just be afk or even vote against the town and pretend to be another role if you wish. 15. All neutral killings - do whatever you wish, I personally recommend nuking the entire town along with yourself if you're the arsonist such a satisfying ending. 16. Witch - The witch is pure chaotic evil thus you should do whatever you wish with this role, you can out the mafia and be lowkey about it or help them and betray the NKs. 17. Vampires - Make yourself as suspicious as possible and assist the mafias instead of your own team. You may also suicide by biting the vampire hunters if they announce themselves. 18. Vampire Hunter - Get yourself killed by walking into the veteran, you can try to guess who it is by looking at who types stuff in chat d1. If you survive, then make yourself as suspicious as possible as investigators/sheriffs will only find clean results for this particular role.

I was a much more active player around 2015-2017 and while the game wasn't perfect, it was in a much better state than it is now. Most games will only last around 2-3 nights because people will dc over the smallest stuff. They don't get the exact role they want? they expose their teammates and dc. You have a goofy/non-role playing name? dc. You slightly disagree on who to vote on? they call you a slur and dc. It has somehow become extremely unwelcoming to both its new and veterans players. I don't recommend you spend your money on this, there's better games you can get for less than 5 bucks edit: almost forgot ♥♥♥♥ the greedy ass devs, congrats on running a super profitable game into the ground lmao
great game, not as popular anymore. **Attention Newcomers** the only game modes anyone plays is AnyAll and rarely regular besides that the other options are dead.
Although the game itself is fun, the community is so incredibly unwelcoming to new players. Be prepared for people to lose it on you over minor things.
If you troll in this game you will not be banned. You can ragebait every person, you can troll, you can leave the game but if you use f word for once you will be banned PERMANENT :D The moderators of this game must be high and should focus on the game. Its full of trollers and afk persons just to troll. FIX YOUR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME.
dead game with the same 50 or so players. you will run into the same people with the same names every single game, in a game where you can name yourself literally anything. games take anywhere from half an hour to an hour or more to fill, and if even one person leaves before the 10 second countdown hits zero, it resets and you have to wait for another player to join. also there is literally nothing to do while you wait for the lobby to fill, and if you're afk for too long you get kicked for idling. the community is very toxic and cringy and a majority of the roles are either unfair or unfun or both. evil roles are insanely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥: not only will you almost never have a full team, but there is so much ♥♥♥♥ that can kill you, it's like walking on egg shells, and god forbid you get a neutral killing role like werewolf or juggernaut. with those roles you're on a team by yourself and if you make even one mistake you either die, get hung early game, or get hung end game by the faction that has majority. so unless if you are either insanely lucky, or in the case of serial killer and arsonist, you get carried (because there can be more than one serial killer/arsonist), or you get lucky with amnesiac and get a cheap win off of remembering a neutral killing role, you will lose. town however is the most one-sided faction in the game. multiple roles that can find evils and protect other townies. if there are 2 or more doctors, crusaders, or bodyguards, they can do something called chaining where they are literally unstoppable unless if you're like arsonist or something or the other townies just had surgery done for a lobotomy and forget they're town. speaking of neutral roles, executioner. you are better off admitting you're executioner, telling the lobby who your target is, and literally begging on your hands and knees than actually trying any kind of strategy, cause that ♥♥♥♥ will never work, same with jester, also there's a chance that your target will just die night 1 so have fun being turned into a jester and then probably dying before you can be hung because people are ♥♥♥♥♥-whipped ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that don't know how to have fun. as survivor stronger evils like werewolf and juggernaut will just kill you for no reason even though you could literally be the extra vote they need to win the game. as pirate you'll die long before you get the 2 wins you need because have fun winning 2 different 1/3s before you die. as guardian angel evils will deliberately kill your target and turn you into survivor or even just kill you too. and you're probably thinking "if there are so many miserable, god-awful roles, why not just use scrolls?" scrolls are a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scam, they only boost your chances of getting a role, they don't guarantee it, and they sure as hell don't work. in fact, scrolls are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, some people are genuinely convinced that scrolls for some roles just don't work. also why are there no juggernaut scrolls? also i love how they can be bothered to change the names of escort and consort to tavern keeper and bootlegger because they're woke sheep, but they cant even be bothered to change their icons when you go to buy scrolls for those roles. the game is way too luck based for any fun to be derived from it, unless if you're insanely lucky or something. also the amount of people in this game that genuinely have autism, downs, tourettes, or something similar, is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mind-blowing. also the amount of game throwers, trolls, teamers, and other kinds of players that ruin the experience for everyone else and they don't get banned, meanwhile i get banned for throwing even though i'm literally not throwing and i'm just a new player and i get banned for leaving games even though me leaving doesn't impact the game in any way whatsoever, like when you leave as werewolf or juggernaut, roles where you are on a team alone by yourself, or when you are solo mafia or solo coven, it affects only me, yet i am still punished. and why appeal? the game is dead, the forums are dead and look like they haven't been updated in decades, your appeal won't be responded to and even if it is it'll be denied. and good luck getting all the achievements. you have to get 25 wins with every role which is like 1k+ wins total, and thousands more games where you will lose and lose and lose again. also some of the achievements literally just fall into the category of game throwing, like this one achievement as tracker where you have to watch the same person 3 times in a row, why would you ever do that outside of the context of an achievement. also ♥♥♥♥ vampires. like ill just be playing as town and then boom i'm a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ vampire on an undermanned team and then town wins and i'm left to mald with the other people that were turned alongside me. also the way people decide ♥♥♥♥ in town of salem is insane. like i will deadass be killed night 1 because i have an afk name or because i'm at the top of the player list or because my name is similar to someone else's. also why is the browser version not free anymore? idk bruh go play like literally any other game or some ♥♥♥♥ because i guarantee you there are very few games that are worse than this one. also a few things i remembered a few days after writing this. bans work in a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid way. first ban is 1 day, 2nd is 3, 3rd is 7, and then your 4th ban is permanent. no game works like this anymore, and remember what i said above about appeals always being denied and the forums being dead. also you will literally never get town, there are far more evil roles than town roles and like i mentioned above scrolls are a coping mechanism. also being the host means literally nothing. back in the day you could start the game early but now a days its just there and it does literally nothing. also playing against executioner sucks if you are a town role that cannot be easily confirmed like medium. you just lose by default. also playing against pirate sucks too because being dueled counts as being role blocked and there is that 1/3 chance that you just die, and pirate has a powerful attack so very few things can protect you from him. update again: executioner literally ruins the game for town investigative roles because if you find someone evil n1 people just think you're an executioner trying to get a townie hung. also people expect you to play the game a certain way, as opposed to how you want to play. you are literally not allowed to play any other way other than the way people expect or you will probably get mass reported and banned (im pretty sure if you receive enough reports you get automatically banned even if said reports are false), or just relentlessly flamed, even though playing the way people expect isn't always the best playstyle.
En su momento probablemente sería un gran juego, en mi caso no encuentro partidas en español, con lo cual no puedo recomendarlo.
The undeniable GOAT of social deduction games. I can't really comment as to how it is these days, but the depth and complexity of this game versus its contemporaries is night-and-day. It's really fun to get invested in it, even when you die it's still fun to stick around and speculate on who did what and watch the chaos unfold. The obviously unbalanced modes like all/any are wild and entertaining. Better with friends. You don't need a whole lobby, just 1 good friend in a lobby of randoms will greatly increase your enjoyment. Be prepared to lie and be lied to.
If you care about your mental health, don't play this game. The br@1nl3ss villagers will drive you crazy. The game is full of 1d10ts, and that's why my account got banned in the end, along with all my costumes and other stuff. If you're not a truly patient person, don't even start, or you'll go mad seeing how stup1d people can be.
