This is the first Chapter of the acclaimed series that completely changed the shape of Total War Games for the good or the worst. Honestly this title lack a lot of the mechanics of the new titles, but I still enjoying unlocking achievements here and there. The game is a marvel to play and watch especially as it was their first experimentation with such a thing, but CA managed to deliver here more than in its lately historical titles (Med 3 yet to come). The map helps the world to be believable and alive, corruption types change how the world looks, armies are very well designed and quite balanced, and as a single player experience it is a fun game to play and an enrichment to the lore for newcomers to the franchise. Overall a good point where to start, get to know the old world, and the factions that live in it. The only Game out of the 3 with 2 proper dlcs that actually change the map you are playing, so absolutely worth to buy those 2 expansions.

Muy buen total war, se nota su mayor modernidad relativa respecto a otros total war mas antiguos. Buenas unidades y sin hacer spoiler, los líderes de los ejércitos por fin son más importantes. Muy guapo todo el tema de fantasía, y mecánicas decentes. Para el que le interese, la diplomacia es decente y se asemeja más al roma II que al medieval II por poner el ejemplo, no te traicionarán de la nada, algo que considero sumamente importante. Tengo un portatil medio patatilla y en bajo me va bien, no se ve tan mal pero considero que se ve peor en bajo que otros total war como el shogun.
