As a life long wrestling fan this game is extremely addicting, even thought its a 7 year old game it still holds up.

If youre in to text based wrestling simulators, this one is up there with the best. TCW vs SWF. Loaded with lore and feels like a lived in universe

Man, if you wanna play a awesome wrestling game with the chance to do anything you want, this is the game for you! It's just like GM Mode from SVR 2006 but way better, you can change names, moves, and gimmicks. You can also edit your mods and add modern day gimmicks like "Trump Supporter", "Anti-Masker", "Anti-Vaxxer", hell...You wanna add "A Case Of A Broken Heart" as a serious injury anyone can get during gameplay, you can with this game!

im 50/50 on this. it has a lot of depth, but its also really tedious with not a lot of choice in how simple you might want it to be. if you loved gm mode in wwe this is a stark contrast for what it wants and i do miss the simple joy of that game. It has potentially (?) all of the depth of a football manager but lacks the finesse, lacks the freedom to play it more simply and hand over more control and still do what you want to do and it has a much steeper learning curve. seen a football match? you can play football manager, know a lot of the ins and outs of wrestling? this is still a difficult task to learn It would be real cool if the game had more tooltips, a better UI and was easier to control without losing the depth or complexity (or even difficulty) it still gets a thumbs up because of its level of depth and how much you actually can do, it remains a pretty liveable world. the same thing i love about football manager

It's a game where you book shows, set up storylines and run a wrestling business with all the stuff you will see on VICE's Dark side of the Ring. You must strive for the perfect show. You must maintain a steady knowledge of what product of wrestling you are selling, manage a locker room of all types of personalities and maintain yourself financially. Create storylines with some of your most popular stars to increase your brand's exposure, develop expectations for any signing of any level of experience in the business from the lowly wrestling trainee to the 2 more matches til retirement veteran. Make sure that you hire road agents ( wrestling assistant coaches) with adequate knowledge of how to put a match together, make sure that your broadcast crew works well together among other things as well. To increase the game's potential download the thousands of real life mods and book shows that happened in real life different. Want Roddy Rowdy Piper to be 12 time WWE champion... you can do it.
