About
Street Grub is a tycoon, management, and strategy game built around one uncomfortable question:
Do you actually have the instincts to run a business?
You sell burgers. That part is simple.
Everything else is the test.
Set your price and find out if customers think you are bold or delusional.
Tune your recipe to balance cost, quality, demand, and reviews.
Manage stock before waste, shortages, or bad planning eats your profit.
Hire and train staff without letting payroll quietly strangle the business.
Run marketing when you need attention, traffic, and momentum.
Upgrade and expand when growth is real, not when your ego says it is.
At night, you read the numbers and make the call.
By day, the street answers back. Customers queue up or walk away. Reviews spread. Rivals react. Weather and events shift demand. The economy moves. Cash gets tight.
The market keeps asking the same question:
Are you building a business, or just spending money loudly?
This is not a course dressed up as a game. It is a hands-on business pressure test inside a burger tycoon.
Raise prices too far and demand can turn.
Cut quality too hard and reviews can punish you.
Hire too fast and payroll can bury you.
Expand too early and cash flow can snap.
Ignore rivals and the market can move without you.
Start small. Watch the numbers. Read the market. Make sharper calls than your competitors.
Street Grub is for players who enjoy management games where success is earned through judgment, timing, and the ability to stay calm when the business gets ugly.

If you're a fan of classic tycoon games from the early 2000s like I am (especially if one of those games are Lemonade Tycoon). then you'll love how this game hearkens back to that era of gaming and adds more nuance to the formula. This game is in Early Access at the moment, but there are systems in place that makes each run unique. For example, the "perfect recipe" for each customer you encounter is randomized. There's also news events that keep you on your toes, whether they're there to help or hinder you. It's a cozy game, and while its progression is linear to a fault, so was Lemonade Tycoon's progression and I still loved it and its sequel. I believe in BH:SG's potential.
I got it for free but I think it is definitly worth the $20 price tag. Its somewhat slow at first but ramps up after buying a second cart. So far its a pretty chill little management game. If it looks like a game you might like then you'll probably like it.
This was such a neat little food truck-like sim. It has an interesting upkeep system. If you're not careful, your food will go bad and you'll lose money at the end of the game day. The artwork is cute, and the gameplay is pretty nice. I'd recommend for players who love sim games.
Great management game! Learning a lot from it and its really rewarding when everything works out (sadly not for me, I failed 2 runs already 😂)
Great simulation game with very polished game mechanics.
I loved playing this game was loads of fun. I would recommend for all the players that love tycoon type games.
It's been a good hot minute since I've played a pretty engaging tycoon game. I love the concept of trying to figure out what recipe appeals to the mass and gets the most sales. Not to mention it's a great game to have on the side while I'm multitasking. I easily sunk 5 hrs on the first day playing it. I can't wait to play more and highly recommend the game. I can only see great potential from here on out and I'm interested to see what they will add in next!
