About
AYW Pro Manager is a pro-wrestling management sim. You take control of a company and then everything is on your shoulders. You build a roster (hire, fire, suspend, deal with contracts), you create events in different locations and book shows, and most importantly - try not to get fired!
AYW Pro Manager is a professional wrestling management game that puts YOU front and center. You are responsible for creating a world class roster. You can make transfer and loan offers for rival talent, you offer contracts (inc bonuses and merchandise cuts), you book shows and so much more. The game is packed with features and decisions for you to make.
Once you have decided on a company to take charge of from the 30 available (and more to follow), you should check out the boardroom. Here, you can see the trust level of not only the board of directors, but also the fans and the TV companies. If the level of trust drops below a certain level then you receive a warning. 3 warnings and you are fired. You then have to take over another company, with a fresh batch of stars.
Don't worry though, you have a helpful assistant who will give you tips along the way. Maya can be found on your dashboard and she will deliver messages to your inbox, as well as weekly and monthly reports. The boardroom shows a snapshot of your place in the wrestling world. Your position will be updated at the beginning of each month. Just remember - the board are watching and if you fail to improve your position, the board will likely mention this at your end of year performance review (yes, this does actually happen!!)
When you are familiar with your roster, you can book some shows! Create event takes you to a screen where you choose a name, a date, time, location (anything from gyms through to town halls and stadiums) and choose an image for your show (you can even upload your own).

You need to create some storylines and ensure these are featured on your shows if you want to aim for those high ratings and ticket sales. Ticket sales will update as and when you book your shows and you can see these updating on the events screen.
During shows, you are behind the curtain making decisions in real time. Before the event starts, you can add time to a match or you can delete a segment from the card altogether if you wish.
When the event begins, you can check how each segment is performing with the commentary and reaction that takes place during the segment and also the crowd momentum will help guide any decisions.
There is a wide variety of matches to choose from in AYWPM. In fact, there are over 100 different matches. You can also book exactly how a match will finish. Ref takes a bump? You got it. Chair shot after a run-in by a wrestler (of your choice)? You got it. Avalanche finisher into a submission? Why not?
You can also book from a range of promos/angles, including a face off, a contract signing and many more. Another unique feature is the ability to add an advert to your show. This will gain money for your company (the longer the ad, the more money you receive) however, this will really annoy the fans.
Your roster will make or break your career.
Handy filters will help you organise your stars and see where you may need to hire. When dealing with wrestlers, you will have to deal with contracts, morale, pushes, gimmicks, problems, problems and more problems. This is a wrestling promotion after all!
Your top star is tired? Send them on holiday (this will cost you). Want to test a wrestler for drugs? Order a drug test. Need to suspend? You can do that too (and also decide if you will suspend with pay or without pay). This is just a small snippet of your roster.
The board is always watching.
As you take charge of your company, you are in charge of everything, including;
building a roster
making transfer offers for rival talent
contract offers and renewals
booking shows
creating storylines
running the academy
viewing and accepting sponsorships
viewing and accepting TV deals
and so much more!
This is where All Your Wrestling Pro Manager truly comes alive.
Your inbox is the hub of the game. You will receive updates from your assistant Maya here, with handy tips and weekly and monthly reports. In AYW Pro Manager, you will also see a vast array of weird and wacky messages to keep your interest. You will need to react to your roster and follow up on any promises you make. Your inbox is your hub.
Use the academy to bring through new prospects and shape the next generation of your roster. You decide which member of staff will have the huge task of being crowned 'Academy Head Coach' and take charge of your rising stars. You will receive a new batch of stars every January and you must decide to release or call up your academy stars. You can also decide on one star to put a lot of focus on, so choose wisely.
Update - the academy is getting an upgrade. It was already fantastic but why stop there? In the upcoming update, you can run shows in the academy and check out how your academy stars are performing. Who is flying towards a contract? Who is buckling under the pressure?
In AYW Pro Manager, you are in charge of the company's finances. Get a TV deal that covers different parts of the world, accept sponsorship deals (that have obligations you need to meet) and take a look at those merchandise figures (you can give wrestlers a cut of these if you are feeling generous). Merch sales are reported in the end of show report and you can see who is shifting units and how much you are making from them.
Be careful who you accept sponsorship deals from though - your fans may not be too pleased and your fan rating can take a nosedive. Also, when you do accept sponsors you need to keep them happy and the sponsors will have certain demands that you have to meet. A fine will follow if you don't keep your end of the deal.
AYW Pro Manager includes a built-in editor for customizing wrestlers, companies, championships, shows, venues, teams, relationships, and game-world imagery. The editor is a strong piece of the game that will enable you to create your own universe and download it. You can then share it with the world as you also have the ability to upload other peoples game worlds. Easy to use, database uploads.

I have already made 8 updates to the game in its first 2 days, implementing fan requests.
I plan to continue improving and expanding the game with updates, balance changes, quality-of-life improvements, and additional content based on player feedback. I am confident you will love the game, but I am also very keen to make improvements based on your feedback. You can catch even more updates and screenshots at the All Your Wrestling Discord page here:
Pre-generated AI was used during development to create fictional wrestler portrait artwork. These images are included as static game assets. AI was also used in the coding of the game.

Not recommended in its current state – but potentially something special I really want to like All Your Wrestling: Pro Manager, because underneath all of its current problems there is an incredibly ambitious wrestling management game. First, the positives: the depth is impressive. If you are a wrestling fan who enjoys management games, booking, roster building, staff management, statistics and long-term simulation, there is a lot here to get excited about. The database/editor in particular is excellent in terms of how much you can change. You can customize an enormous amount of the game world, and for players who love building their own wrestling universe, that level of freedom is fantastic. The developers also seem to be actively working on the game and responding to feedback, which is an important positive. Unfortunately, the game currently feels much more like a late Alpha or early Beta than a finished commercial release. The biggest problem is not the complexity itself. I actually *want* a complex wrestling management game. The problem is the enormous amount of unnecessary manual work and the lack of basic quality-of-life features and automation. The database is a perfect example. It is great that I can edit almost everything. It is much less great that I currently feel like I have to edit almost everything. I spent roughly three hours working on the database before properly starting my save, only to realize that if I really wanted a believable and polished game world, I could easily spend another 30, 50 or even 100 hours fixing, renaming and adjusting things. There are repeated names, names that sometimes do not fit the wrestler's nationality, and even names that do not always fit the wrestler's gender. There is also a noticeable amount of content that appears to have been generated with AI. For context: I am not against AI. I use AI myself and think it can be a very useful tool. My problem is when AI-generated material is not sufficiently reviewed, corrected and curated before being included in a commercial product. Some of the database content currently feels generated rather than professionally edited. And after all that database work, you still have to actually run your promotion. Creating a promotion, setting up the roster, staff and infrastructure, and then booking your shows requires a huge amount of manual interaction. The game desperately needs more optional automation. Ideally, many systems should offer three approaches: Automatic – Assisted – Fully Manual. Let the player decide how deep they want to go. I have actually worked on local wrestling shows in real life as a promoter, booker, commentator and organizer, and I can genuinely say that in some areas organizing the real event required less administrative effort than booking a fictional one here. That is not the kind of realism a management game should aim for. The interesting decisions should be things like: Who gets pushed? Who loses? Which storyline continues? Who turns heel? Which wrestler is getting over? Can I afford this talent? Who deserves the championship? Those are wrestling management decisions. Repeatedly navigating menus, manually entering information and compensating for missing filters or automation is not meaningful complexity. It is friction. And that is where the game currently struggles. The frustrating thing is that the foundation is genuinely exciting. This is not a shallow wrestling game pretending to be a simulator. Quite the opposite. There are a lot of systems here, and the potential depth is enormous. If the developers continue improving the interface, automation, database quality, usability and general workflow, this could eventually become one of those games that wrestling management fans lose hundreds of hours to. Right now, however, I cannot recommend it as a finished product. If this had been clearly sold as an Early Access title, I would judge it much more generously. As an Early Access project from a small developer with an ambitious roadmap, I would probably be very enthusiastic about supporting it. As a full release, I expect a considerably more polished experience. Current verdict: Not Recommended – but definitely one to keep watching. There is potentially an amazing wrestling management game hiding in here. At the moment, however, buying it means accepting that you are not only playing the game – you are also doing a significant amount of the work required to make the game world feel finished.

Quite a large portion of this is AI. There's a lot of things that simply don't work, but there is bare bones of a really good wrestling/FM hybrid. Needs more time in the oven.
Not yet, with time sure this may be great to play but not now. For one, the USA promotions are missing majority of the wrestler portraits. For a game that utilizes AI for the artwork and placeholders, I would imagine that all the wrestlers would have portraits completed. Feel free to purchase and support if you want to witness the game become great. For me, I'll keep this on my Wishlist and will check in periodically until its fully cooked.
Most definitely enjoying every aspect. Worth the wait. Everything you do is custom built. From Storylines, to Events, to the ratings and organization. Thankfully I have yet to be fired from a cannon lol. It's hard, that's for sure, but what is fun in simulation without real time difficulty. I thankfully was able to create a PLE-PPV + a 52 week long show, still have some money left over to book a few shows. Not much tutorial that I've noticed, makes it more fun for me, also never looked for it since it didn't just pop up haha. Great game, best simulation on the market, keep up some good ol' updates every now and then, and you will keep it going into the big leagues. Please be different then all the other EA devs. No need for a new game quite yet, drop updates, Downloadable Content that would be worth it's purchase ($4.99 (Supporter Pack Quality) - $9.99 (Big Content Pack) - $14.99 (Big Expansion Pack). Could even create more wrestler images and make a country have it's own pack to cover all promotions of that region. For Example, $4.99 (US Image pack), $4.99 (UK Image Pack). But those cover all the promotions of said region. If you only have 1-3 promotions in a region, I would consist it to $1.99 for, $2.99 for 2, 3.99 for 3 and $4.99 for 4-9. Rating: 10/10, Epic launch day, AAA Booking Simulator.
If you like Football Manager and wrestling I'd say give this a look. It has an FM24 UI style which means its easy to pick up and understand. The developer is willing to listen to feedback as in my opinion this game has the potential to give TEW a good challenge it's taking steps to get there :)
I must say, for me, it is one of the best wrestling managing sim. Appealing UI. Hopefully, it wail be available in german someday.
Amazing game, with an even better support on the Discord Server.
I fell in love with this game so fast its unreal, I have been waiting for a Wrestling Manager game that looks like FM. Already hard at work making a mod too. I don't normally do public mods, but that's how much I like this game and want it to succeed.
I genuinely do enjoy the game. it's really in depth with all the different things you can do to create a show. The developer is constantly updating and taking feedback to further improve the game and added new features. I love a developer that actually cares no matter how big or small the game is. I just lose time creating crazy stories and currently on the run to make one of my wrestler be the most miserable by making sure he never wins and let him win one title match to lose it next match but I pay him off so he doesn't leave and repeat. i can't wait to see what comes next. I'm going to make my prospects hate working for me.
