Yeah, it's fun, but the THPS4 levels are okay if you've played the PlayStation 1 version. If you've played the PlayStation 2 version, you should think twice. I'd only buy it on sale, though.

Finally, a game from my school years! I played the hell out of THPS 3 which I borrowed from a friend, now I have my own copy with THPS 4 alongside it! I bail a lot, perhaps I forgot how to play it 20 years later. There are assists, but I don't want to use them, because that feels like cheating and I could beat most challenges as a kid, so I definitely should be able to now. I like how there are so many new punk songs added, a very welcome addition! One of the main reasons I bought this game is actually music, this game made me acquainted to punk music, which I like to this day.
Yes, they didn't really innovate but the original team was bought out by Blizzard. I'd like to give Iron Galaxy the benefit of the doubt and say they copy pasta'd to avoid ruining a game that managed to capture the magic of the OG tony hawk's.
