(PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYYING) If your like me you love the versions of this games from the 6th generation of consoles. Sadly the steam version on the store page showcases the 6th generation Double Agent, this is really a port of the 7th generation game. That being said this is still a good stealth game... nothing like the original quadrilolgy though

Buggy mess the game plays like ♥♥♥♥ save yourself some cash and play VERSION 2 on a emulator

Hands down the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game in the series, the entire development team should get tested for some form of mental deficiency. Feel free to spend the money if you like the game crashing every 15 minutes, dumbed down stealth mechanics, and an unfinished game.

This port is shattered. Hold onto your money.

I have this in my library as it came with the bundle. Game will not function on PC, as many have already stated. What's mindboggling to me is that Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow, and Chaos Theory all did fine for PC and are older games. Sad that Ubisoft put this out to PC when it obviously doesn't work

i spent 19 mins looking for nothing while the whole game looked like models clipping though eachother and no idea where to go and then i clipped though the ice ♥♥♥♥ this game ♥♥♥♥ ubisoft

I am soft recommending this game on the basis of it is broken as a very broken thing. That being said, if you are psychotic and want to put in the work to get it running, it really isn't that difficult to find a guide online that will help you. I have found other games on Steam that require far more tinkering and still have positive scores. The game itself is a downgrade from Chaos Theory. The stealth is much more binary and there is no more audio meter to show how loud you are. Gone is the light-gem style meter and replaced with a three flag system that seems to work against what you would expect. I do like the cover and take down mechanics and there are some genuinely fun levels. Its also good to see the Closer than Ever movement system back from Chaos theory, if a slightly more janky. Unfortunately, most of the level design is linear and the JBA Missions feel like busy work. Recommended if you are a Splinter Cell fan as this is the last game that has any genuine feel of what made the series great.
