For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. Time to Morp, developed by Team HalfBeard and published by Yogscast Games, is a captivating colony simulation experience that artfully blends exploration, resource management, and charming storytelling into one seamless package. Set on a colorful and mysterious alien world, the game places players in the role of an intern sent to investigate a distress signal, quickly immersing them in a vibrant ecosystem filled with quirky creatures known as Morps. These creatures are central to the game’s identity, adding personality and depth as players build relationships with them and utilize their unique abilities to aid in gathering resources, farming, and crafting. This symbiotic connection between player and Morps gives the gameplay a fresh and endearing twist that distinguishes Time to Morp from many other titles in the colony sim genre. The gameplay itself encourages creativity and methodical planning. Players are tasked with building and expanding their base across diverse biomes, each rendered in a bright, whimsical art style that brings the alien environment to life. The visuals are colorful and inviting, with hand-crafted environments that evoke a sense of wonder and discovery. From lush fields to sparkling lakes, the variety in terrain keeps exploration exciting and rewarding. The game also includes robust farming and cooking mechanics, allowing players to cultivate crops, fish, and prepare meals, which further enhances the simulation depth and personalizes the player’s experience. This combination of activities ensures that there is always something meaningful to engage with, whether it’s optimizing a crop layout or experimenting with new recipes. One of the most compelling aspects of Time to Morp is its automation system. As players gather resources and unlock new technologies, they can design and implement networks of pipes and machines to automate repetitive tasks. This layer of gameplay introduces a satisfying puzzle element as players must carefully plan their setups to maximize efficiency and resource flow. The automation not only streamlines colony management but also opens up opportunities for more creative base designs and strategic thinking. It balances well with the slower, more relaxed pace of exploration and crafting, making the gameplay experience dynamic and varied. The narrative unfolds organically alongside gameplay, blending light-hearted humor with moments of genuine warmth and intrigue. The story motivates progression without overshadowing player freedom, allowing exploration and experimentation to remain at the forefront. The game also supports multiplayer for up to four players, which significantly enriches the experience. Playing cooperatively with friends adds a layer of social interaction and teamwork, turning base-building and exploration into shared adventures. This feature is a thoughtful inclusion that broadens the game’s appeal, making it an inviting choice for players who enjoy collaborative gameplay. Audio design complements the game’s aesthetic beautifully. The soundtrack features soothing, melodic tunes that enhance the peaceful yet mysterious atmosphere of the alien world. Ambient sounds and creature noises are subtle but effective in drawing players deeper into the environment, reinforcing the immersive qualities that make the world feel alive. Together with the polished visuals, the sound design helps create a cozy and inviting space where players can lose themselves for hours. While Time to Morp shines in many areas, it is not without minor drawbacks. Some players have encountered occasional bugs and performance issues, particularly on less powerful hardware. These technical hiccups can momentarily interrupt the flow, but the developers have demonstrated a commitment to addressing these concerns through ongoing patches and updates. The game’s relatively gentle difficulty curve might not satisfy those looking for a more intense challenge, but it is well-suited to players who prefer a laid-back and thoughtful simulation experience. In summary, Time to Morp is a delightful and well-rounded colony simulator that offers a unique blend of exploration, resource management, and narrative charm. Its appealing art style, engaging automation systems, and lovable creatures create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages creativity and discovery. Whether playing solo or with friends, it provides a richly rewarding experience that feels fresh within the crowded simulation genre. For anyone looking for a cozy, inventive, and heartfelt game that balances strategic depth with accessible gameplay, Time to Morp stands out as an exceptional choice. Rating: 8/10

So many hours of fun! Farming, quests, more Morps! Lots of wholesome squishy goodness.
its an automation game with pets that's more teen an kids centered that does not mean its bad, its an decent game while npc lines okay, just not great.
It's fun for ~8 CAD, has some unique ideas that I haven't seen before in an automation game. Easily completable in less than 20 hrs. Lots of "side" aspects of the game feel unfinished and there are game design decisions that are questionable but the main concept is complete. Don't buy for full price but check it out if you're a fan of the automation genre and if you can get a deal on it.
an automation and creature collection game with online co-op. it's like if you combined Slime Rancher and Satisfactory in a way. Bought this game full price because I loved the demo so much and it had been on my wishlist forever.... only to find that this game has been completely abandoned for a hot second (over a year at this point). Not worth $20 in any world in its current state, but if you see it on sale for max $10 and you liked the demo I'd say get it. I really wish I could recommend this game, but I really really can't
It's been one day... 10 hours... one day...
Great Game!
The controls feel good, the gathering takes some time to get comfy with but definately is one of my new zone-out and vibe games.
