The core game concept is simple; collect all the time crystals scattered about each level and reach the exit platform within the time limit.  You are given three time goals per level, each rewarding you with 1-3 stars based on how fast you can complete each level.  Naturally, the 3-star reward has no room for error, often requiring some truly out-of-the-box thinking to complete those single-digit time requirements.  Stars are used to unlock additional levels, and thankfully those “gates” don’t require perfection in the previous puzzles to complete the game. Gameplay consists of you moving Zeno around the levels collecting stars, but the added element of time manipulation puts a thoughtful spin on the concept.  At any time you can rewind time and reset the clock.  Naturally, all your collected time crystals will be returned to their original locations as well, but here comes the game-changer.  You can split time, essentially creating a second version of yourself that can go off on their own path while your previous self replays the actions you performed earlier.  The implications of this are pretty mind-blowing and get more intricate the further you progress in the game when new concepts such as time paradoxes are tossed in. Time Masters quickly becomes a one-person co-op game where you basically program or script the path of one player then work together in real-time with the second version of yourself.  Crystals collected by one of you are shared across time, and environmental changes such as crumbling bridges or vanishing blocks also span the timeline creating some unique timing challenges.  Thankfully you can pause and resume the original time flow, making it easier to synch up with your former self. i was given this as a gift from my friend Alchemi and have been having so much fun with it! I've been playing it on stream and my chat has been helping me solve the puzzles! sometimes Morphy (the developer) comes and hangs out with us while we beat our heads against the levels, eternally chasing the elusive 3 starred results! This game is a lot of fun, and i've really been having a blast. check it out!! <3

At first, these puzzles seem impossible, but since you're messing with time, there are paradoxes, freezing time and other unique time tricks to make it all come together. The puzzles are one part of the game but you also have to complete everything as fast as possible, so once you figure out the puzzle, you need to go as fast as possible to complete everything as needed. The puzzles are pretty tough and wear you out but as soon as I started to get too exhausted, I was rewarded with a pretty interesting cut-scene that moves the story along. Since the puzzles only take a handful of minutes to solve (and there's a lot of them to solve), I'm really enjoying doing a few at a time or gorging on as much as time permits.

Soundtrack is absolutely gorgeous, puzzle are mostly very well thought and 3 stars are on an other level of challenge most of the time. The aspect of past and present add a very singularity to this game. I defenetly recommand this game for any puzzle game lover.

I'll recommend this at its sale price. The puzzles are challenging, but what I don't really enjoy is the time attack aspect of it. The controls are not precise enough to consistently, accurately perform the tight timing needed to three-star some of the levels. This is because your character has no grid movement constraints in what is basically a sokoban puzzle game, making it very easy to misalign directionally-specific operations and mess up a run. In later levels this becomes extremely aggravating, and turns the gameplay into as much of a racing game as a puzzle one. Optimizing moves in a game like this is one thing, but trying to cut milliseconds off your time by finding the perfect flow where you have omni-directional movement becomes tedious. The puzzles themselves are alright, and it has some low-budget charm. I do not feel compelled to master its most demanding challenges, however.

A delightful puzzle solving game with a charming story tying the puzzles together. I found the puzzles where you need to have the timelines cooperating at multiple points to be the most interesting but I enjoyed finding solutions for every puzzle so far. I'm not a huge fan of needing to speed run certain challenges for extra rewards but once you know how to solve a puzzle upping your game to find the most efficient solution can be rewarding too. if you like logic puzzles and don't mind racing the clock from time to time definitely give Time Masters a try!

I'm really liking this game so far. Each puzzle has me actually thinking about how I could get it done with 3 stars. Sometimes the platforming feels a bit off, but all in all, really good. I also didn't expect full voice acted cut-scenes in a puzzle game! Nice surprise lol

Time Master is a puzzle game that forces you to think forwards and backwards with its time mechanics. Simple rules are added one by one, and the levels can get surprisingly tricky, even early on. The visual feel is quite beautiful in its simplicity. And for some reason, you're just really, really sincerely rooting for the little guy as you guide him through the levels! This is one of those games you can play at any time, spending a few (or usually more) minutes to get Zeno just a few platforms closer to his goal.
