You can't even knock a person out, in the basement of their home, quietly, or else you get an INSTANT alarm and police spawning INSTANTLY outside of wherever you are, so you fail. The game hardly allows you to do much at all, really. Why does the entire neighborhood hear some guy get knocked out from inside of his house? this game has so much frustrating tedium. Don't even get me started on cop chases. This game is terrible, save ur money.

Thief Simulator 2 ist ein Fest für Hobby-Ganoven und verbessert das ohnehin schon gute machende Prinzip des Vorgängers. Auskundschaften, Einbrechen und der Flucht erzeugt einen unschlagbaren Nervenkitzel mit Suchtfaktor. Dank deutlich größerer, abwechslungsreicherer Schauplätze – vom einfachen Wohnhaus bis zum schwer bewachten Luxusanwesen – fühlt sich jeder Einbruch wie ein spannendes Rätsel an. Das Progressionssystem ist in Ordnung. Wer eine packende Mischung aus Strategie und unkompliziertem Spielspaß sucht, bekommt hier die perfekte Diebes-Simulation.

Un calvaire d'un autre temps. Lent, rigide, et si mal foutu qu'il décourage dès les premières minutes au lieu de donner envie de s'infiltrer.

Je met une note négative même si mon avis ne va pas forcément l'être... Le jeu est vraiment bien avec un nouveau monde, une légère amélioration visuelle et quelques petites nouveautés comparé au premier opus. Mais ma mauvaise note tiens au fait que le jeu se fini tellement vite.... c'est vraiment dommage et à été abandonné beaucoup trop rapidement, plus de maj, plus rien .... Je suis déçu comparé au premier qui été une pépite ...

This is such a cool game! It's exactly what it says in the tin. All of the mechanics and the progression are done extremely well. With the exception of a bit of polish, I can't really think of anything they did wrong. I just want more! I would absolutely pay for a DLC that added another neighborhood or two. Though I think they may need to extend the progression- to make it work. The last couple of unlocks we currently get would make things way too easy. TBH, it's likely that my only hope for any of this is that TS3 fails and they come back to work on this game again. Still, a guy can dream. Regardless, if the idea of sneaking into houses to rob people blind sounds like a fun then you should absolutely check this one out. Currently the game is on sale for $5 and that is a STEAL! (LOL)
