The Thin Silence

One of the worst games I've ever played. I'm no judge to any kind of game and genre. However, this game is just doing everything it wanted to do bad. -Character is sooooooooo slow to move around. -Puzzles are OMG so bad just kicking rolling stone to somewhere and does not make sense. -UI design is just horrible. Why would I want to feel depressed by walking slowly and starting to read notes. I assure you I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ depressed and hate life. I hated this game more than my life. Thank you for showing me there is something worse than my miserable life. Plus, when game gave me achievement when I kicked the electric symboled box, I hated more cause it decreased my total game complation on steam. You can feel depressed and sad in movies such slow paced scenery, calm music and dark atmosphere, but not a game like this. Side scroll with low pixel art cannot immerse you with it.

The Thin Silence is an introspection into the despair of Ezra a man who have seen the horeur of a country torn apart by a war that he feels is his responsability. Staged into chapters that represents psychological recovery I felt the lonelyness and the weight of this character with no face in this 8 bit kind of puzzle game into ruined lands, tunnels and wastelands. I loved the experience the game provided and the closure we come to have at the end. I recommend, except if you have anxiety problems the mood of the game is quite calm but down a bit.

I'm really happy i got this game, I expected it to be really bad but it turned out awesome. It's really interesting, the best part was making items and later figuring out which one you should use.. The only thing I'm a bit dissapointed is that game is too short, u can pass all 5 stages in like 4-6 hours.. I wish it was longer. Also I must say it's hard to get all achivements, I will play it once more to try to get as much as I can. Anyways I recommend it to everyone who like to do researches and learn new things.

Στα [-] • Οι επαναλαμβανόμενοι γρίφοι μέ βάση τό περιορισμένο inventory (πού θά έπρεπε νά είναι πολύ πιό πλούσιο) αντιμετωπίζονται μέ μιά σχετική ευκολία. • Οι θεωρητικές αναζητήσεις χάνουν τήν όποια αξία τους όταν, στό τέλος τού παιχνιδιού, πέφτεις πάνω στήν διαφήμιση ενός site ειδικευμένου στά ψυχικά νοσήματα! Καί μπορεί μέν νά προέκυψε χωρίς καμιάν υστεροβουλία από τή μεριά τών κατασκευαστών, αλλά όπως καί νά τό κάνεις σού βάζει ιδέες... (Υπάρχει άλλωστε κι αυτό τό video μέ τήν "περίεργη" εμμονή στήν περιγραφή τών ψυχολογικών προβλημάτων ενός εκ τών δύο κατασκευαστών). Συνοψίζοντας • Πετυχημένο μείγμα γρίφων, ατμόσφαιρας, μουσικής κι ενός είδους υπαρξιστικού προβληματισμού...
