전작이 개인적인 자아 성찰을 통한 탄생을 다루었다면, 이번 작품은 인간을 대체한 인공지능이 살아가는 방법에 대해 다룬다. 그들이 문명을 이룩하고 확장해나가는 과정에서 겪는 갈등과 에너지 부족, 성장에 대한 공포는 현재 인간 사회의 문제점을 그대로 투영하고 있다. 포탈 1에서 포탈 2에서의 퍼즐적 확장이 성공적이었듯, 탈로스 법칙 2에서의 퍼즐적 확장도 가히 성공적이다.

The end sequence was my absolute favourite, [spoiler] I felt like I was playing 4D chess. [/spoiler]. The additional story elements really elevated Talos 2 above 1 for me, can't wait what they think up next! As always, loved the music and the setting, but the voice acting was so insanely on point, I hope they keep it up :)

If you loved the original *The Talos Principle*, this is an easy recommendation. At its core, the sequel remains faithful to what made the first game special: clever puzzles, philosophical themes, and a world that invites reflection. But this time everything is turned up several notches. The scale is larger, the environments are more ambitious, and the world feels far more alive. Interacting with other inhabitants adds a welcome layer of variety and makes it fascinating to see where humanity's story goes after the events of the first game. The tradeoff is focus. One of the original game's greatest strengths was its singular sense of curiosity. It felt like an extended thought experiment, constantly asking strange and fascinating questions about consciousness, humanity, and existence. The sequel pursues something different. It tackles its themes well, often very well, but its broader scope means that inquisitive, exploratory feeling is no longer quite at the center of the experience. For most players, that will probably be a worthwhile exchange. The Talos Principle 2 is grander, more confident, and more ambitious than its predecessor. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Still, by the end, I found myself missing the focused intellectual journey that made the first game feel so unique.

Juegazo de puzles que continúa genialmente una historia muy buena, al menos en lo que respecta a este género. Los puzles en sí están sumamente bien pensados y exceptuando algún caso concreto no se volvieron tediosos. Eso no significa que fuese algo malo como puede parecer ya que con uno de los puzles del late game le estuve dando vueltas incluso cuando no estaba jugando, para acabar dando con una posible solución que al aplicarla luego en mi sesión de juego resultó ser buena. No hay puzle que resulte injusto y me parece que están muy bien pensados en su mayoría. Aún así creo que este juego explora demasiadas mecánicas que creo que no acaba de exprimir del todo, esto no significa que no sean buenas, simplemente que al haber tantas no se le da gran profundidad, imagino que para eso estarán los DLCs que eventualmente jugaré sin duda. Eso es todo lo malo que puedo decir, es uno de esos juegos que todo el mundo debería al menos dar una oportunidad.
