solid game
Its sims! Mod the heck out of it and have a great ol time
Pretty laggy but overall peak life sim! Ive played countless hour:) every sim is different. Specs: HP Envy 2020- i hear it lags for everyone but it freezes sometimes for me.
Okay, I'm writing this review who purchased the game alongside Supernatural, Seasons, and Pets. That being said, I cannot speak on base game, but if you plan on getting at least one pack when you initially purchase the game and can't decide which to buy, I would personally advise that you get at least one of these 3. I have played The Sims 1-4, as well as Freeplay AND Mobile (mobile sux no wonder it's gone lol), and The Sims 3 is by far my favorite installment in the franchise. Even with light mods/CC (usually just tiny things), TS3 continues to run excellently on my current laptop, which I've had since early 2020 and typically does not have very good performance nowadays. Furthermore, the game is 100% playable without ANY CC or mods. While it is up to preference and how you personalize your game, the game doesn't require any custom content or mods in order to remain entertaining, which is (opinionatedly) one of the biggest flaws in The Sims 4. The game's graphics are fully adjustable (though I'm pretty sure that's not exclusive to this installment lol). I love creating sims, and the gameplay itself is excellent. I'm not much of a builder, so I usually just tweak existing lots and call it a day, therefore I can't say much on that aspect; however, the open-world gameplay gives the game such a lively and freeing touch that just makes you want to keep playing. When I boot up the game, I get sucked in for hours. Overall, The Sims 3 is an excellent game and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys life simulation games and/or is interested in buying a game from The Sims Franchise.
Impossible to mod I swear
My favorite sims game, i used to play hours upon hours when i owned it out of steam on the same save that i still cherish and kept since then. I bought the game to keep my old save alive.
Error Code #16 When Saving
Fun to play
Very fun, I really like it
Game allowed me to re-connect with old memories of playing on a laptop. 170 hrs of play time was from a sibling so I happen to just spend 10 on this day on ths specific game. Game was o.k to learn just took some time and was well worth learning, making it almost as if it was a mobile game, just play it once a month.
