I love this game so much, the fact I can play it on a machine with access to the internet, AND don't have to rely on a 2004 Acer laptop anymore is so cool. I can safely say that I have modded the absolute hell out of this game, and it has NEVER EVER CRASHED or lagged a single time, This is a super faithful upgrade to the original formula, and only requires a single install to get all the expansion packs. No more CDs or external drives here. This is the game of all time💯

Do not buy! the game is broken, It was working fine for a while there now their is bugs and issues saving, at lest from what i am seeing on my end and no way to fix it. Waste of money and its a money grab

i loved it 20 years ago when it wrecked my parents pc with a trojan and i love it today. goat of all time life simulator this version is completely stable, maybe even moreso on linux than on windows. i have nothing to compare it to except the old ultimate collection, and i haven't had a single crash, pink soup, etc. mods just as easily as before too. don't be fooled by the steam page though, it does NOT have cloud save enabled (even though it says it does)
В целом «The Sims™ 2 Наследие» получилась более чем играбельной, нет ничего лишнего и можно спокойно купить и играть (учитывая что в продаже в стиме её никогда не было), конечно не хватает дополнения житейских историй (по типу Робинзонов и т.д.) ведь из-за этого я и полюбил The sims 2 в своём детстве, на счёт удаленных песен и дополнения Ikea не могу сказать так как в детстве я особо не обращал на эти дополнения внимания. По скидке отлично, это та же The sims 2 что и в детстве просто оптимизирована под современные системы так и ещё со всеми дополнениями, за всё проведенное время у меня игра вылетела лишь один раз, не знаю из-за чего у остальных игроков она вылетает раз об этом пишут практически в каждом обзоре.

Это классика, это знать надо + игра старая, должна работать на большинстве компов + комьюнити живее всех живых, новые моды выходят по сей день + из прошлого пункта вытекает, что графику можно полностью кастомизировать под себя + у мира причудливый вайб бэкрумс (но если это не ваше, есть моды на линию горизонта и небо) + про детализированный геймплей двойки есть много видосиков + легаси (наследие) не нужно настраивать вручную, в отличие от предыдущих версий, которые не умеют распознавать современное железо + самые человечные симы в серии, множество параметров позволяют сделать личность по-настоящему самобытной Нюансы: сложнее последующих игр серии (много аспектов, влияющих на поведение и отношения персонажа, могут не сразу даться новичку; игровое время течет БЫСТРЕЕ чем в более новых симсах), нет автономной прогрессии города. Но это нюансы, а не минусы. К примеру, необходимость играть за все семьи по порядку, делает из двойки настоящий симулятор бога, ведь игрок может контролировать абсолютно все. А городки, кстати, можно обустраивать и украшать практически без ограничений
Não tem oficina para baixar os mods pela Steam. Fiquei com receio em baixar de externamente. Preferi solicitar o reembolso. Jogo muito caro para a idade, sem oficina e com muitos relatos de problemas para rodar. Não vale o risco. EA sempre fazendo o possível para estragar tudo.
