About
Renowned artist Theobald Breitsam is found dead in his workshop, surrounded by occult symbols and hundreds of black feathers. His body is covered in wounds - but they were made by no blade. They were inflicted by something that should not be possible.
The city council already has a suspect accused of witchcraft and is pressing for a swift verdict before panic spreads.
Conrad is the town's executioner. His duty is to carry out sentences - not to question them.
But something is terribly wrong.
Is it witchcraft? Superstition? Or is there a truth behind these events that defies every rational explanation?
The deeper Conrad digs, the less human this case becomes.
As the town's executioner, Conrad belongs to the so-called "dishonourables" - people forced to live on the fringes of society. Feared. Shunned. Yet indispensable.
Precisely because of this, doors open to him that remain closed to everyone else. He speaks with beggars and patricians, prisoners and priests. He moves between taverns, prison cells and council chambers, following a trail of contradictions and carefully concealed secrets.
Executioner Conrad knows the darkest sides of human nature. But this time, he is facing something darker still.
Someone - or something - is watching him.
Play as an Executioner
Step into the role of a man who is feared as much as he is despised. As the town's executioner, you move freely between every layer of society, gaining insights denied to everyone else.
Where judges remain silent, priests evade the truth and citizens guard their secrets, Conrad can ask the questions no one else dares to ask.
Solve an Impossible Murder
Follow the clues, question witnesses and uncover secrets buried deep beneath the surface of a Renaissance town. Black feathers. Occult symbols. And a truth no one dares to speak aloud.
Not every witness tells the truth. Not every clue leads to the answer. And some secrets may have been better left buried.

Ein kleines schönes Detektivspiel. Allerdings mit knapp 70 Minuten etwas kurz geraten
This is a GREAT wee adventure game - really tidy graphics and really well crafted fantasy vibe. The only complaint I have is that I wanted MORE. Hopefully the creator, creates some more.

Very simple adventure point-and-click. The developers flagged AI use in the background art (which is kinda sad, since art is the major part of the game). The historical milieu is accurate, in a micro-Pentiment vein.
Krótka, ale przyjemna przygodówka. Z tą ceną żal nie kupić.
An interesting story, worth the price
A very well structured little adventure that I had a great time playing. While short it is well worth the small investment. Very much recommended for point and click adventure fans, particularly if you enjoyed the Excavation of Hobs Barrow.
