Definitely a series that improves with each entry. The graphics definitely improved and, IMO, so did the quality of the puzzles. The quantity of puzzles as well - I actually felt like there was too much going on in some chapters. At the same time, some of the puzzles felt a bit repetitive - but even then they maintained the mechanical, "hands-on" aspect that made this series so satisfying to play. The visual and sound effects created an atmosphere of mystery and unease, with enough dramatic touches to keep things from getting stale. It was also just spooky enough for someone like me who can't play actually scary games but still wants to experience a wee bit of thrill. Also, I really appreciated the interior details in different rooms and a lot of the object designs that I cannot mention without spoiling the relevant chapters.

great graphics, story and puzzles! I highly recommend this game!
Probably my favourite instalment in the series, in previous games moving between all the different locations really wore down the "puzzle box" vibes, this one nails it by being focused on a doll house. I loved the way the different rooms and the outside of the dollhouse interacted with each other and it was really interesting to see everything unfold!

Pra mim é o mais bonito e polido da franquia, ambientado numa casa de bonecas vitoriana onde cada cômodo funciona como um grande quebra-cabeça interligado. O ritmo aqui é perfeito, as animações das peças deslizando são hipnotizantes e não tem aquela enrolação chata de ficar andando pra lá e pra cá à toa
