The Pathless

In some ways, I enjoyed this more than Breath of the Wild because it was much shorter. Movement is great like everyone says. Art design is top. I'd only want to play for 30-60 minutes at a time before it started feeling like a lot of the same, but I like it when a game frustrates my desire to binge it.

Great movement, mechanics easy to master & are rewarding to do so, game is a good pace because of said mechanics, its really great. Only bad thing is that the storm sequences where you can't move while the monster is looking at you gets repetitive fast, the only difference is how many heads which monster has

Ante de comprar el juego, es bueno saber que el juego trata mayormente de puzzles, si el resolver puzzles no es lo tuyo, tal vez puedas llevarte una mala experiencia. Si lo compras aun sabiendo que te esperan muchos puzzles, estupendo amigo, acabas de descubrir un juegazo con un arte, una animación y una música que están en lo mejor que puedes encontrar en un INDIE. Es raro encontrar una mecánica tan frenética en un juego de puzzles. Crearon las bases del mejor juego de aventura de úun arquero.

Beautiful game

really fun open world exploration game with awesome movement and surprisingly really compelling boss design.

A game I struggled to get into at first ended up becoming one of my favorite indie games. It’s an open world adventure filled with creative puzzles and some unique boss fights. The movement feels amazing and is incredibly satisfying. I also loved the mysterious atmosphere, beautiful art style, and relaxing soundtrack. Exploring every area and solving every puzzle was a lot of fun, especially while working toward the Platinum trophy on PlayStation. It’s easy to pick up, unwind, and enjoy at your own pace. I also found the story interesting, and the music creates a calm, almost meditative feeling throughout the adventure. This is definitely one of those indie games that still pops into my mind long after finishing it. It also runs great on Steam Deck.

I like Giant Squid's other games a lot, but this one is such a drag. The art is nowhere near as cool as the others but it would be just fine if not for the abysmally uninteresting gameplay. The movement of having to slow down in small bursts to shoot targets and go faster could have been done a lot better, the "puzzles" are all so easy and yet so sluggish to get through, and the first boss fight at least was just unfun with no new use of mechanics. Wouldn't recommend even on sale.
