Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

What a wonderful discovery! This game is an old school survival horror gem, with a good story, gameplay and puzzles. Recommended to the fans of the genre.
Needs a map. Quit at the first stupid spider boss. The bullet sponginess of it is absolutely ridiculous. The controls do not feel tight enough to reasonably aim quickly at her head like the game wants you to. Mad I played too long for a refund.

The Mute House was an awesome experience from start to finish. If your a fan of the classic Resident Evil games , you'll definitely love this. The game has that same tense, creepy atmosphere where your constantly on edge, solving puzzle's, and trying to survive 8/10.
this game is amazing, i love it!
Game could just be balanced with a simple fix but that doesn't seem like it will ever happen because you are to play the way the dev wants you to rather than how you wanna. I'm gonna be real, I stopped at the first boss which i'm mad at myself for saying but i'm not gonna waste more time than I should be on what should be an easy boss but has the hp bar that makes me feel like I'M LEGIT FIGHTING A T-REX WITH A TOOTHPICK. I understand what you're going for, headshots matter and I should be using the laser. This boss was like the scorpion on the train in resident evil 0, however in that game I could play billy and go toe to toe with just a knife and take it out and even stun lock it This game that thing ate about all the shotgun shells the game gave me and it was still walking like it was just a boo boo (I recall about 16 shotgun shells AT LEAST and the shotgun description says its powerful) That spider is Spongebob and i'm Flats the motherf**king flounder Pros -You can pet the cat -Dropping a clip that still has ammo in it and you can pick it back up later is genuinely very nice and more survival horror should have this feature -Game has auto aim and laser being manual aim, very nice -Game voices are cheesy and so is the dialogue, very fitting for this genre of games Cons -The game's tutorial doesn't tell you the controls, you have to experiment to know what does what. -The first boss and other bosses hp is as though each is the final boss of the game from what i've read and seen online -Once you're past the initial corpse discovery and in the mansion as Emily, I had yet to hear dialogue outside of getting attacked. Yes the title plays into it a little bit but when you genuinely hear nothing but the walking corpses, ambience and just footstep walking for most of the puzzle solving, it gets very boring tbh and makes me wanna hear even some corny one liner. Gimmie a "Jill sandwich" joke please, keep my focus on the character i'm playing -The sheer tank like controls is bad here. It's not so bad in other games but when you have no "Quick back up" button input and actually have to manually stop dead in your tracks and turn like a statue in a puzzle meanwhile a zombie is faster than your character turning. It's very frustrating and feels not very polished. And I am someone who prefers and enjoys his tank controls but these here feel as though i'm playing that mission in Sly cooper 2 against the contessa and have to chase another tank with a hard to control tank. That's the best way I can describe the turning and movement. Conclusion: I understand and fully respect tf out of the dev for single handedly making this game himself from what I heard and man that is an accomplishment. Bravo but you as a game developer should know that you can't just bump the hp bar to kingdom cuh and expect me to have fun fighting it. You want the game played your specific way and that's fine but I can play and get my survival horror itch, scratched elsewhere such as tormented souls 2, the evil within, re games or other indie games such as post trauma. I'm not gonna keep trying at a boss like it's dark souls when I just came here for survival horror and some scares and i'm walking away with 0 scares and 0 fun or memorable moments.
Puzzles are interesting, but I dropped the game after a few hours because of the terribly junky controls. The character simply doesn't go where you want, and this becomes extremely noticeable in a particularly space-constrained boss fight. This makes the game unplayable for me. Bosses are bullet sponges even if you use the gimmicks that are supposed to kill them faster. For some reason, the dev decided that items do not automatically transfer from one "safe box" to another. After all, why simply reusing the tropes of the entire genre, when you can "innovate" and remove a basic quality of life improvement?
Nice game. Old School!!
Great Resident Evil inspired game. I recommend it. I hope there will be a sequel.
There is difficulty in controlling it, I cannot control it well, front is back, right is left, and left is right. I don't know if the developer is mentally handicapped, or if there is a problem between him and the people who buy the game. In short, it is a garbage game.
Good old school horror game. Tank controls can be pretty frustrating, but your character moves quick enough so it doesn't become too much of a bother. Some of the one-hit-kill enemies are pretty annoying. I recommend saving often. But overall exploration is fun and the puzzles are pretty clever.
