I got this game after playing the nsfw game it was designed from and I really like it but as of writing this review I can't seem to keep my progress. Every once in a while the game will freeze up and think really hard. sometimes it brings itself back and other times it crashes. I was still able to play it ok but after a couple crashes it deleted my progress. If it gets fixed at somepoint I'll change the review but from my current experience I can't recommend The Monster Within
...maybe I'm missing something....*scratches head* ??? I just found it boring. Most of the time it was a quick click of the same button and few repetitive things. I get that's part of deck builders but this just felt like work. I had a few bugs where my perks didn't work (flesh pocket) and the character selection screen would fight me when I wanted to go for a different character *vampire....must...win? I wanted to like it, I just didn't. Sorry. :(
画风好看,内容有点失望了,玩到腻了之后,又有点失落,下一个拿这种画风给我画饼的厂子又在哪里💔
I remember making a review for this so I don't know where that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off to. My reviews like to disappear. My Steam account always seems to be bugged. Anyway, I love the music. I always love that old stuff - a bit hypnotic. The art could be better but it's nice enough. The gameplay confused me a bit but it's interesting. I did enjoy playing for a while. It's alright. It's cool.
Fun deck builder game
Innovative deck-builder that utilizes features that you can pull of on a digital platform you can't with cardboard. But be prepared for the real monster: Comic Sans font.
Interesting conceit for a game. This music and art style are charming, as is the text. I got it in sale, but would even pay regular price.
If you know you know. I owed this guy some money for an PreAlpha build. Game freezes sometimes on my pc if left running too long
Just play TF Card Battle. This an abysmally bad game, that isn't even worth the 3$ sale price. Yeah, the art is pretty neat, but that's pretty much it.
I think this is great! More like Ascension or Legendary than Slay the Spire but focused on single player. Progression and content unlocks fuel replay.
