The Medium

A bit expensive at full price, but definitely worth grabbing on sale. The atmosphere carries the game, and the ending makes it worth the experience.

Beautifully written narration and expertly shot cinematography. The Medium delivers a unique split screen psychological horror experience unlike any other. After playing this, it's easy to see why KONAMI chose Bloober Team to help expand the Silent Hill franchise.

Simplesmente incrível!!! A historia do jogo tenho nem oque falar. Boa demais. Bem feita. Fiz questão de ler tudo pra não perder nenhuma parte desse historia maravilhosa. Que obra foi essa jogo que voces fizeram. Recomendo demais galera. !!

Pour le moment j'accroche vraiment bien. L'ambiance est dingue, les décors sont superbes et le concept des deux mondes apporte une vraie originalité. Le jeu me fait énormément penser à Silent Hill, surtout dans sa façon de créer une atmosphère pesante et dérangeante. C'est clairement le genre d'ambiance que j'aime. Par contre, l'optimisation laisse clairement à désirer. Malgré une bonne configuration, j'ai eu plusieurs chutes de FPS qui cassent un peu l'immersion. C'est frustrant, parce que le jeu a énormément de qualités et mériterait un meilleur travail sur la partie technique.

7/10 Bloober工作室极具野心的作品，说是恐怖游戏，不如说是披着恐怖外表的温情游戏，双视角同时叙事的设计很新颖，美术风格如果你玩过层层恐惧系列一定会喜欢。游戏的场景固定视角比较减分，亮度较低的场景会很影响游玩体验，剧情还是不够优秀，悬念都是硬造出来的，整体故事其实非常简单明了，玩到后面会对剧情比较失望，以至于开放式结局也不能弥补这一点。

It has a very good story to follow. The story keeps you attached throughout it. The gameplay is very fluid and it is rare now to pick up a game without mechanics issues. It never once had issues even though you are basically controlling two avatars simultaneously at points. That is pretty unique. I overall enjoyed the game.

Loved the story and the dual screen but the fixed camera angle while running did not work so great in gameplay.

Me encanto el ambiente y diseño de niveles, los personajes excelentes diseños. Me hubiese gustado un poco mas de dificultad y un poco mas de variación en el uso de poderes. En lo artístico 10/10.

This game has an interesting story and great setting, especially being from Eastern Europe, I can say that post-soviet setting was done brilliantly. The story is not really easy to follow, but it gets clearer with your progressing. The "two-world" gameplay is unique but I think there was more potential to what was actually implemented. Puzzles are a too easy, in my opinion. Psychological horror aspect of the game is okay, I would say. Game has slow pace, which usually is a good thing for a psychological horrors, but somehow I felt there was a bit too much walking or slow running for nothing, just for the sake of eerie background music. Overall, I can recommend it, especially if it's on sale. I have a good PC but DX 12 performance was bad, I had visual glitches. When switched to DX11 and Ultra settings - no issues, good performance. P.S. I can't believe there was no choice given at the end of the game, I think that would be great to have choice in the final cutscene, but whatever.
