Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the best JRPG series
Played this one back in October and never left a review, but after getting back into the series with Azure, I decided to come back and tell you to play this game. I went into CS1 expecting a bad game. The popular opinion around this one seems to be that it's poorly paced, that the characters are worse than in previous games, that playing this after Crossbell feels like torture. And I'll tell you, most of it is true. However, Trails of Cold Steel is still a fantastic game despite all of that. They say comparison is the thief of joy, and yeah, while this game, to me, doesn't feel like it ever reaches the storytelling heights of Trails in the Sky SC or Trails to Azure, it is a setup game, just like Trails in the Sky FC was back at the beginning of the series. The gameplay is the most enjoyable yet, and you are presented with a multitude of new characters that, while not all may be stellar, you grow to like. The setting is not as immediately enthralling as Crossbell, but it was great to finally see Erebonia from within, both literally and figuratively. The game takes its time so that you learn about the political situation in the Empire, which you see firsthand from Rean's and his classmates' perspectives. Overall I enjoyed this game and I'm glad to see that Trails doesn't "derail" after Crossbell. In fact, I'm extremely hyped to see what comes next in the Cold Steel arc once I'm done with Azure.
It's great but overstays it's welcome by A LOT! endgame feels longer the the whole game, makes no SENSE, and the 3 major last bosses as cheap as ♥♥♥♥. But great game, great cast.

O primeiro jogo no arco Erebonia é ritmo muito lento demais CS1 e CS2 era para ser o meu jogo mas limitações PSP Vita não dava por isso fizeram dois jogos. Apesar ritmo do jogo, compensa a gameplay é muita boa, a trillha sonora é excelente e gráficos bonitos na época saiu. Dou nota 7/10 e recomendo o jogo.
Amazing game, very recommend. Comfy.
The best 30 hr game crammed into 60 hours Good game still, but holy moly does it take its sweet time Having a cast of 9 characters from day 1 doesn't help... But if you're a trails fan then you don't give a damn at this point, you're along for the ride...
