Explore a drowned Earth, restore lost systems, and raise the last human seeds in this first-person survival-crafting adventure. Build, scavenge, defend, and launch humanity back to the stars.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 22.71/day in the week to Sep 1 → 39.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The world you knew is gone.
You awaken as the last active Caretaker, a machine built for one purpose: save humanity. Across a vast ocean covering the ruins of Earth, you must recover human seeds, restore the Lazarus Complex, and prepare the next generation for launch into orbit.
The Last Caretaker is a first-person survival-crafting game about systems, choices, and purpose. Every resource matters. Every structure has a reason to exist. Every success gives humanity one more chance.

Recover human seeds and return them to the Lazarus Complex. Manage their growth, restore memory data, and prepare them for life beyond Earth.
Scavenge abandoned facilities, dismantle wreckage, and recycle materials into tools, weapons, power networks, and essential modules. Restore the machinery needed to keep the mission alive.
Rogue machines, hostile systems and the world itself will push back. Repair and maintain, upgrade your equipment, and protect what remains.
Restore ancient launch infrastructure, chart the ocean, gather resources and memories, and send the humans you raised into orbit. The mission is not survival for its own sake. It is a continuation.
Explore silent Sanctuary docks, Refuel Outposts, Underwater cities, and long-forgotten Seed Vaults. The story is uncovered through places, logs, memories, and the remains of a civilization that tried to outlive its own world.

It a great resource management game definitely worth while in my opinion. However it should be noted that it has had optimization issues throughout its time on sale. And the late game is a bit of a chore. Especially with no clear way to currently farm certain resources beyond finding them
Went into this entirely blind. My brother said he was curious about it and didn't have the time to play, so he asked me to pick it up. In a genre where most crafting survival games are saturated by co-op modes and large scale balancing issues, I was glad to see this game focused on the single player experience. It makes it feel exactly as it should: You are humanities last hope, and you aren't even human. Tasked with bringing humanity back from extinction, you slowly gather your bearings and realize how bad it truly is. The Earth is flooded with no landmass in sight, only these aged barely together platforms built just before the waters started to rise. Resources are salvaged from the world around you, almost anything you can carry or interact with is salvageable. Given you have the power or fuel to properly refine them... things are certainly grim. As far as function goes, the physics are top notch... very little issues with collision aside from the occasional buggy creature or item. The graphics are gorgeous, even at the lowest setting... my rig has to chug a bit just to keep up, but outside of fps drops when arriving in new areas, or particularly busy enivironments... it runs like a dream. (Lighting and storms are often and do not hold back... get ready for a bumpy ride. Also the ocean is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrifying. But I might have ptsd from Subnautica. lol
Love it
Залипательная
Absolutely a great game, very entertaining. Graphics are great, a lot of engineering thinking. :) Spent aprox 80+ hours so far and nowhere near finishing exploring the map and/or story. A lot of thinking was put in this game, few details left to chance. If I am to point a negative, it would be the amount of time sorting out the resources separate in storage containers is painful. A way to get them sorted automatically would be extremely helpful. Also, the gyro is a pain to fly (to land I should say)
Great game and honestly i get lost in time just doing simple things like organizing and scraping things. i would recommend this game a thousand times over
