I absolutely loved this game, don't get me wrong it isn't very long with 1.5 hours of play time but it was a beautifully done game! Its story tells us about someone facing their fears that stem from when they were younger. Something I personally would love the chance to do because they would be a lot more messed up than this game gets! It is definitely is more of a puzzle game than horror but it has a great sense of the perspective of us as children VS. that of us as adults. You play as your inner friend who helps you overcome the fears and memories that plagued you as a child, through solving puzzles and finding your way around obstacles you defeat your nightmarish foe's to finally overcome them. I got this game for 80% off so it was worthwhile for me but it is definitely not worth its full price. The Inner Friend is a visually stunning journey through the protagonists memories as depicted through the lens of a child's nightmares. You'll be thrown into a melodic fearscape of puzzle challenges as you navigate each dream world to face your darkest fears and collect childhood mementos. Each fear is presented in the form of a wraith-like creature and up to the player's interpretation. Perhaps a reflection of our own frightful memories of a time we were at our most vulnerable. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of immersion I experienced during my 3-hour playthrough. This included a few well timed jump scares and loud screams.

这款游戏真的首先是画风吸引的我，我以为是一个恐怖游戏，结果玩了之后发现是一个解密类，但是里面一些怪诞的游戏场景真的很不错，很棒的体验，特别是里面的氛围营造的很好，解密也不是很难，甚至整体玩下来会有一种自行想象剧情的奇妙感，类似开放结局吧~值得推荐~~~

Mind Bending Thriller and scenery. Puzzles challenges are perfectly leveled. Audio is suspenseful. Unique. Satisfies a certain type of abstract horror gaming. Exceeded my expectations prior to purchase. You gotta try it, falling and flying is so much fund and solving puzzles are fun.
