About
You run a small ice cream shop.
The job should be simple: scoop flavors, serve cones, keep the place clean.
But as the night goes on, the quiet shop starts to feel different.
The Ice Cream Shop is a cozy simulation with a psychological horror twist. On the surface, it’s a relaxing night-shift job: taking orders, choosing toppings, and handing cones or bowls across the counter. But your character suffers from an illness — sometimes, the mind shows things that aren’t really there. Are the customers friendly, or threatening? Are the noises behind the shop just the fridge running… or something else?
Make Ice Creams – Prepare cones with multiple flavors or serve simple bowls. Every customer has their own unique tastes and strange habits.
Meet Strange Customers – From kids sneaking out at night, to ex-convicts, lonely wanderers, or unsettling strangers. Some are kind. Some are confusing. And some may not exist at all.
Face The Unexplainable: Your illness creates shadows, strange sounds, and distorted faces. Sometimes the customer looks weird. Sometimes you see things that shouldn't be there.
Features
Cozy Night Atmosphere: Enjoy the quiet night shift.
Psychological Horror: A scary story that plays with your mind.
Unique Characters: Meet many different and mysterious people.
Reality vs. Imagination: Is what you see real?
If you enjoy cozy games with simple mechanics but also love the slow-burn tension of psychological horror, The Ice Cream Parlor blends both worlds.
It’s about serving scoops, chatting with customers, and keeping the shop tidy—while questioning your own reality.
Sometimes, the night is peaceful.
Sometimes, it isn’t.

I Really Enjoy These Job Simulation Horror Games. I Recommend This To Anyone Who Loves These Type Of Games. My Gameplay: https://youtu.be/RvcG9K4hvL4
Since I've become a 'Young Adult', I had lost my spark for playing horror games. I thought lets recapture some of that experience and download a new one. I'll tell you, I HAVE NOT FELT FEAR LIKE THIS SINCE I PLAYED SLENDER. It just.. works. Perfect intensity, took me by surprise each time some crooked head figure appeared 6 INCHES FROM MY FACE. Overall, a great lil game if you're looking for that horror experience in short snaps (and pausing the game to check there's no one peeking from the hallway) then this is what you're after. Great job by the developer and I hope they make more. 11/10 for the price. Clearly a lot of thought and effort went into making this.
this is easy game, good horror atmosphere..
Good game. Same jump scare got me twice! X)
This was an extremely slow and boring horror game. Aside from one good scare, the rest of the game was a slog. There was nothing to do in between waiting for customers, and they would take an ungodly amount of time coming in. Most of my gameplay time was just standing around waiting for the next person to finally show up. The rest of the time was listening to the NPCs share unnecessary details about their lives that were 50% WTF and 50% not important for the game.
Game was very enjoyable and had some spooky moments plus a hilarious cameo! Please feel free to check out my playthrough and let me know what you thought of it :D ♥♥♥♥♥♥ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYDyIl-Vi8s
🍦 Review: THE ICE CREAM SHOP – A Sweet Treat With a Sinister Bite THE ICE CREAM SHOP is one of those indie horror gems that looks simple on the surface but sneaks up on you with atmosphere, tension, and a surprisingly clever story twist. What starts as a seemingly harmless visit to a small-town ice cream parlor quickly spirals into something far darker, and the game knows exactly how to play with your expectations. What Makes It Work • A few well‑timed jump scares keep you on edge without overdoing it. They’re spaced out just enough to make you paranoid in all the right ways. • The twist is genuinely unexpected. It recontextualizes the whole experience and gives the game more depth than you’d think from the title alone. • The pacing is tight — no filler, no dragging sections, just a steady climb into unsettling territory. • The vibe hits that perfect indie‑horror sweet spot: low-budget charm mixed with creative tension-building. Why It Sticks With You Even after finishing it, the twist lingers. It’s the kind of reveal that makes you replay moments in your head and go, “Ohhh… that’s why that felt off.” The game doesn’t rely on gore or shock value — it’s more about creeping dread and the feeling that something is very wrong behind the counter.
It was a pretty good game. I do wish there was a bit more to do in the downtime. I did however enjoy the story. Watch my playthrough here: https://youtu.be/y0wEkNppi68
