Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.71/day in the week to Aug 2 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Takumi Sumino is a totally average teenager living in the Tokyo Residential Complex, a place where every day is much like the last and nothing bad ever happens. All that changes when freakish monsters attack the town and start wreaking havoc. A strange creature calling himself Sirei appears and offers Takumi the power to protect those he holds dear... All he has to do is stab himself in the chest!
The next thing he knows, Takumi is in Last Defense Academy, a school in the middle of nowhere surrounded by a wall of otherworldly flames. He and 14 other students have been drafted into the Special Defense Unit, a team tasked with keeping the school safe for the next 100 days. How much are they willing to sacrifice to take back their normal lives and save the world from the grotesque school invaders?
The curtain rises on 100 days of war and despair...
Takumi's choices will decide his future, but there's no telling what kind of consequences these decisions might have...
When the invaders attack, it's up to you to protect the school in SRPG battles.
Use each student's unique Specialist Skills to turn the tide of battle in your favor!
Spend time with your teammates to deepen your bonds, or explore the wilderness and ruins outside the school.
You can even use the items you find to craft gifts and get even closer to your allies!

10/10, would spend hundreds of hours of my time to experience extreme emotional devastation again (and I will because I still have a ton of endings left to get). This game is the only one I've played that tells you that your choices matter and actually means it. A game with 100 endings is the most ridiculous ♥♥♥♥ I've ever heard but they made it work somehow. I'm a huge fan of Kodaka and Uchikoshi's other games, but there are definitely elements of Danganronpa/Zero Escape/AI: The Somnium Files that I disliked, plot twists and endings that didn't work for me, characters that fell flat, etc. To me, this game is like if you took everything that made those games amazing, and (from what I've seen so far) massively improved on their weaknesses. It's definitely also distinct enough that it feels like its own unique thing despite so many of the themes and story elements being reused. It consumed my life, hijacked my brain, and I have no regrets.
Bruh, I don't even know what I could say about this game. It is beyond weird, it keeps introducing wacky new directions in the story that could go anywhere, it's kinda jank but in a loving sort of way. This game is for the 1% of people that can put up with a ton of bs, are probably on the spectrum or sadomasochistic, wants to play an easy tactics/VN only for the tactics part to be completely dropped at a point. But maaaaaaan, if you live for a totally different, one of a kind of gaming and narrative experience that rewards you the longer you stick with it* This is it... maaaaybe... *Okay but maybe not *all* the way though, maybe just bail at a point you are comfortable with

i literally just finished the prologue, what a ride that was. btw the way i finished the prologue and few hours later war's happening irl in my country, what have i done.
Good Game
What a journey! After 100 endings I can say I had a genuinely amazing time and neglected my sleep schedules hard for this. Obviously not all the paths/endings were as great as the others in a game of such large scale but the great ones easily made up for those. So many twists and absurd moments... A journey not easily forgotten!
The pregnant route was pretty cool.
Basically a normal 40 hour VN/SRPG with a NG+ that has branching paths to expand on the lore and put the cast in specific, almost fanfiction AU-esque scenarios. The "no bad endings, all 100 are meaningful" marketing is a lie, but most of the bad endings are interesting, and there's not as many as you'd expect. There's like 10 writers across the different routes. They do a pretty good job of keeping things consistent, but there's some occasional jank. On normal difficulty the combat is fun but easy to cheese. You can skip battles you've done before, so after your second playthrough fights become very rare. If you're just here for the combat and don't care about the story or characters, you'll probably have a bad time. Maybe the new hard difficulty makes the combat more interesting for the SRPG enjoyers, but I haven't used it. Making choices blind is interesting but imo you can better appreciate routes when you know what you're getting into. I'd imagine if someone got route 13B on their first go around they'd probably drop the game, but I did it towards the end and appreciated it as a cute little character study. Kilroy's spoiler free steam guide is pretty good for balancing blindness and expectations. Anyway good game I like it a lot.
Dude after i beat it the first time, the writing got unbearably cringe. What happened.
Wish I played it sooner, heard of the game and putted on my wishlist for a long time. I don't regret it, it was worth every penny, from charaters to the story its amazing! Worth buying!
Took over my brain, Don't play or it may do the same......................................................
