This is a fun, turn-based CRPG. It is relatively open-ended in the sense that you can complete the main quest generally in the order you wish. I suggest that you choose "veteran" for the enemy AI, which isn't very difficult. The encounters are still easy-ish overall, requiring the need to reload only a few times during the 20 hours I've played. Once you get the hang of "everything is turn based, even outside combat", you will learn to quickly traverse the map thanks to the group movement and jump (essentially, "teleport" functions). There are two other games in this series which I may try in the future. I would like to see harder combat encounters which require some form of strategy to overcome. As a side note, the devs are really nice folks too, taking heed of their customer base and making changes to future games (which they apply retrospectively to the initial games) based on this feedback.
