un jeu un peu abrute au départ, mais franchement tres bien, une histoire sympa et des combats cool. Le déplacement des personnages est parfois un peu pénible, mais pour le reste c'est très bien !
👍
Good oldschool 15hour dungeon crawl. Takes you roughly to level 5 in a system that feels like a mashup between old DnD editions with some modern touches (cantrips, mana, more streamlined attack and defense systems than AC etc.) Minor nitpicks with the ruleset, but the game feels like a great solo campaign on something like roll20, if you had the luxury of having a solo DM. Greatly recommended, but for a niche audience.
Good stuff. Great Game.. could be more D&Dish but its quite good nevertheless.
Like playing dnd with friends!
I like this game. It has flaws but is still fun. I would say there is some nice customisation with the option for the difficulty. That being said, after a restarts or two you can figure the strongest build (dodge build). One character with high dodge can walk over the content.
Seems like a great dnd adventure so far. I hope to play it more soon.
If you want to experience the original D&D style game. This is as close as it gets. No weight restrictions, no extra attacks, no distance rules with weapons; just like D&D before AD&D came out. At first, I thought Meh, kinda boring, but 15 hours later I was still playing strong. Only things I would change: Very non-climatic ending and two, exported characters don't cross over into Wars of Quaedon: the story begins. Other than that dollar for dollar best box game in the last few years.
This is a fun, turn-based CRPG. It is relatively open-ended in the sense that you can complete the main quest generally in the order you wish. I suggest that you choose "veteran" for the enemy AI, which isn't very difficult. The encounters are still easy-ish overall, requiring the need to reload only a few times during the 20 hours I've played. Once you get the hang of "everything is turn based, even outside combat", you will learn to quickly traverse the map thanks to the group movement and jump (essentially, "teleport" functions). There are two other games in this series which I may try in the future. I would like to see harder combat encounters which require some form of strategy to overcome. As a side note, the devs are really nice folks too, taking heed of their customer base and making changes to future games (which they apply retrospectively to the initial games) based on this feedback.
This is like playing a tabletop rpg on a virtual tabletop app. Interesting battles and ongoing storyline on the map. I did get my ass kicked in the first play, but I guess that's just me :P
