pretty hard but fun
Rip Billy, the heroic defender. Taken down by vile poisons Rip Munchy, you died so Rex could finish the job Rex the rabid is deemed too dangerous for the new team members. Painfully, we say goodbye so a new generation can blossom. I salute you Rex, you were my first monstrosity, and you won't be my last. He shall enjoy the rest of his days in retirement o7 --- Jokes aside, fun game. It's like if Slay the Spire allowed you to make your own custom team and level them RPG style. I dig it
Game is too brutal. Poison is way too op when a group of enemy monsters use it and cuts through all your armor like it's nothing and they can spam it too often easily and there's no way to stop them or cure it, Especially the Alpha Boss ones (I'm talking about those spiders and the green Dinosaur mother thing and they have too much armor on them. The ones on the ones on average/normal maps.) You are only safe on the Easy wild routes since you can retreat on them. It would be nice if you could retreat on the normal routes too. I think that would make the game more balanced with how unpredictable the game is especially with the next bit I'm going to talk about which correlates with this. There's no way to reset the routes/maps you can take to change the difficulty on them so you can get screwed over when the game decides there's no easy maps for you too take which sucks when you want to take on the easy enemy monsters to upgrade your cards and slowly grind up. It seems to be rigged because every time i try to keep doing easy routes/maps the game eventually decides to not show any easy maps and you're stuck doing normal, hard or hellish maps. There's no way to revive your monsters or give them more lives. It would be nice if that was optional. Like maybe be able to revive your monsters one time by paying some money for it? Or maybe add a shop where we can pay some money to clone our pets and they keep all the cards they have unlocked in their decks but have all their cards reset and make us have to explore to upgrade them all again? Another issue i have with the game is that can't save the meat you get on your expeditions/explorations to take to your next one which sucks and would be nice to have in the game for more strategy options, like have an option after you beat the final boss of the map whether to keep or sell your meat and you can choose how much meat you sell and keep. Maybe put spoiler timers on the meat if you don't want people to abuse that too often? Which would make people use the meat and not be able to hoard it all forever. I've had the game freeze in battle when i end my turn and it doesn't load my next turn or the enemy monsters turn. The price of things in all the shops are too expensive. Especially the shop where you buy monster parts. It also sucks that it costs more money every time you cure your monster of an illness and the price rises to do it again (I'm talking about the place where you can remove the card from its deck which seems to be the only way you can remove the cards that are making your monsters weak and sick.) The random events on the map, (I'm not talking about the monster encounters.) Have a much higher rate to have your monsters gain some sort of sickness and because of that they are not worth going to or investigating (based on my experience.) Perhaps add a chance that your monster can dig up an item that cures it sickness/removes the card that's causing it to be sick or weak in a random encounter on the map? That would be nice. The game punishes you too heavily for exploring and grinding... And these are my thoughts on it after playing it for the last couple of days and i hope the developers see my suggestions and take them into consideration.
i just wish i could play it but it just black screen
It nice
Repetitive and shallow is what i would say if i tried to compliment the game.
is ok
Cool idea, I can see how it would be super fun but its far from a finished product.
