I really wanted to like this game.... but I spent more time trying to get the game area to match my play area by re-centering from the steam menu before starting. I have more than enough space but it just didn't want to line up. The play area also drifted a little bit and
in the attic and the room with the fire exceeded the play area, but this was less of an issue in the attic
. The lighting is absolutely terrible, you need to hold a candle most of the time, which if it gets to close to you it is too bright to see much else. Several of the tasks require you to stand in or reach through objects
there is a box on the fireplace which was too high for me to reach so had to put my head in it
. Several of the challenges make zero sense as to why they would advance you to the next stage
i.e. placing books on a shelf shouldn't in specific places doesn't justify triggering something, but even more odd is installing a radio antenna not only turns it on but activates the phone. Also no real reason to need to turn on a winch to lift up the attic hatch, but not need to actually activate the winch. then again no real reason you couldn't climb out the many windows you see.
Over all, the game is poorly thought out. Frustrating to play. Regularly has you reach through objects and/or fire. With very few really basic puzzles per "room" where sometimes the most difficult part is finding the key because it blends in with the surroundings or can only be viewed from a specific angle because it has no thickness. Add to that the gripping hands kept getting stuck in the closes position was more just annoying. Bottom line there are several more engaging escape rooms, with or without teleport. Most of which look better.

this game is so short, id pay $0.99 nothing above, DO NOT SPEND $4.99 ON THIS GAME, I BEG YOU!
Played on the Oculus Rift S. Short puzzle game with not very difficult puzzles, more find the key to leave the room. Buggy, game crashed once, retry spawned me under the world every time and no check points, not that the game is very long, no in game settings or anything. Wouldn't bother trying.
I am only recommending this game if you can get it for a lower price. This game is a definite improvement on Blue Entropy's other escape rooms, but there is still some ways to go. While this was longer than previous games, it's still relatively short at about 15-20 minutes. Some of the puzzles are behind locks but most of the time the key is just laying around, so you don't need to solve anything to get the key. Overall puzzle difficulty is pretty low on this one. Most of the time you're just hunting around for components and then using them in the only single obvious spot. The game has a good atmosphere and I was pleased to see multiple rooms this time around. The graphics are passable (but not amazing) but there is a noticeable problem with the lighting. There is some sparse voice acting but it's pretty good, so no points taken off there. An okay 15-20 minutes if the game is on sale but I can't recommend it at full price.
Experienced on the Oculus Rift using touch controllers in a smaller than suggested play space.
The crowbar was unreachable for me, so I decided to just burn to death. Crawling through the holes in this game was a real struggle due to my play slightly smaller than suggested play environment, but I made it work in the end by using the reset view feature (Oculus) and turning. 5 Different rooms or areas are in this Escape the Room game. It's slightly longer and a little bit better than the first VR Escape the Room game by Blue Entropy Studios, "The Gleam". It's worth buying on sale and I reccomend giving it a try if you enjoy escape room games like I do, but only if you have the suggested play area.
No movement other than walking around. Fidelity is a bit off....game has some weird bugs. At one point my hands were reversed and another I got teleported outside the map. Its meh for $5. Maybe grab on sale for a couple bucks if you're out of escape rooms.
the game is not very well designed. I spent a lot of tiem trying to solve a buzzle then i found accedintaly that the numbers i was suppose to press were graphically mess aligned. very poor graphics.
Audio didn't load. Game is too dark, yet in-game lights are blindingly bright and shinny. Puzzles aren't challenging, and many aren't even puzzles (e.g., find a key and put it into a lock). Rather boring, and extremely short. There are MANY free games that give more enjoyment than this.

I couldnt get past the code in the first room. It was kind of strange that random rumbers popped up instead of the digits I was pressing. I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure it out and then gave up. I liked where it was going though so I will let my friend play and see if they can figure it out. The other game in this series, Ruins, was great though so for that reason I will give this a thumbs up because I bought them together in a bundle. Im guessing I just missed something and escape room games should be challenging.
