Tech Support: Error Unknown

If you're into hacking or computer-based simulators, this will scratch the itch. There are a bunch of different endings (more than just what are covered by the game's steam achievements). There are also some unlockable options to speed up repeat gameplay. The game's biggest issue is that each playthrough is fully independent, which takes time. It would have been great if a feature was added where you could skip ahead to a certain day to make a certain decision vs. having to fully start over fresh each time you want to do something new. Overall, it's a fun game and a good gateway game for the genre, but the grind associated with trying to unlock different endings keeps this from being an absolute must have for me.

Interesting premise but the buggy glitchy nature of the limited responses not matching their documents 'processes' makes the game tedious to play.

Do I want to see how the conspiracy unfolds? Absolutely. Do I have the patience to grind through tech support tickets that only indirectly push the story forward? Unfortunately, no.

Extremely underrated. Got it on sale and for that price it was an absolute STEAL. But honestly would pay full price. It's worth it.

Tech Support Error Unknown at first I thought that I wasn't gonna like it but i bought it anyway... it sat it my library for a couple of years, then i got bored.. and played it, it was pretty good :) 9/10
