Somewhere, in some town that may be unknown to all; there was Tarim, a sad but strong hermit that without knowing it or be waiting for it would be forced by itself to enter on a great adventure to save to the town of his childhood, a town without stains and that never had known the fear.

Tarim: Guardians for me is top 1 from the list of those games that you go to when you are tired of the usual games, when you launch it your friends will say - WOW, WHAT IS THIS TARIM?
button need diy. 键位需要自定义。we need new update.

Tarim: Guardians is a small-scale indie action adventure that draws heavily from classic fantasy and retro design sensibilities, offering a straightforward but earnest experience centered on combat, progression, and perseverance. Developed by Dosane Games and published by Akim Games, the game does not attempt to compete with modern large-budget RPGs in terms of scope or complexity. Instead, it focuses on delivering a compact journey that blends accessible action gameplay with light role-playing mechanics, appealing primarily to players who enjoy traditional 2D action RPGs with a clear structure and modest ambitions. The narrative of Tarim: Guardians is built on familiar fantasy foundations. Players take on the role of Tarim, a solitary and hardened figure whose quiet life is disrupted when a looming threat endangers his childhood town. Rather than unfolding through elaborate storytelling or deep character interactions, the plot functions as a motivational framework that pushes the player forward. The themes of responsibility, sacrifice, and protecting one’s origins are present, but they remain understated, allowing the gameplay to take center stage. This restrained approach keeps the pacing brisk, even if it leaves little room for emotional depth or narrative surprise. Gameplay revolves around side-scrolling action where players move through handcrafted levels filled with hostile creatures and environmental obstacles. Combat is direct and readable, relying on basic attacks, timing, and positioning rather than complex ability systems. Enemies vary enough in behavior to require attention, but encounters generally emphasize steady execution over tactical experimentation. Boss fights punctuate the campaign and provide moments of heightened challenge, testing the player’s understanding of movement patterns and attack windows without becoming overly punishing. Progression systems add a layer of motivation beyond simple level completion. As Tarim gains experience, he becomes stronger, unlocking new equipment and improving combat effectiveness. These RPG elements are relatively light, but they give a sense of growth that reinforces the hero’s journey. Unlockable items and upgrades encourage continued play and reward exploration, even if choices rarely alter playstyle in dramatic ways. The inclusion of more than one playable character further adds replay value, offering small variations in how combat feels without fundamentally changing the game’s structure. Visually, Tarim: Guardians embraces a classic 2D sprite-based aesthetic. Environments and characters are simple but cohesive, evoking older console-era action RPGs rather than modern indie pixel art showcases. Animations are functional and clear, prioritizing readability during combat. While the presentation lacks flourish or high-detail environments, it maintains a consistent tone that supports the game’s straightforward design philosophy. Audio design follows a similarly restrained path. Music and sound effects exist to support gameplay rather than dominate it, creating a subdued atmosphere that fits the solitary nature of Tarim’s journey. While the soundtrack does not stand out as particularly memorable, it avoids distraction and allows players to remain focused on action and progression. The overall soundscape reinforces the game’s modest scope, for better or worse. The campaign is divided into distinct chapters that gradually increase difficulty and introduce new enemy types, helping to maintain momentum throughout the experience. While the total length is relatively short, the structured progression ensures that the game does not overstay its welcome. Some repetition is inevitable, especially in enemy encounters, but this is offset by a steady escalation in challenge and occasional boss battles that provide variety. Reception to Tarim: Guardians reflects its niche appeal. Players who appreciate retro-inspired action RPGs often enjoy its simplicity, steady pacing, and accessible mechanics, particularly given its low price point. Others may find its systems underdeveloped or its combat lacking depth compared to more ambitious titles in the genre. These mixed reactions highlight the importance of expectations: Tarim: Guardians is not a reinvention of the action RPG formula, but rather a focused and uncomplicated entry within it. Ultimately, Tarim: Guardians succeeds by delivering exactly what it sets out to offer—a concise, approachable action RPG experience rooted in classic design principles. It is a game built around modest goals, favoring clarity and consistency over innovation. For players seeking a casual, retro-styled fantasy adventure with light RPG progression and straightforward combat, it provides a satisfying and sincere journey, even if it leaves deeper systems and narrative complexity unexplored. Rating: 7/10

basit yapıda 2d dungeon tarzı aksiyon oyunu , oyunun üstüne kurulu olduğu vuruş sistemi berbat
I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.
