Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Too often are the quests walking from one side of the map, having a conversation, then returning to the other side of the map, have a convo then again go back to the other side. Not what I consider enjoyable, cooking, foraging and fishing was fun but the main part of the game in the quests is "go see this person" there's no integration with any of the mechanics in the game. Frustrating.
It's not really a good farming game in its genre; there are much better ones. Even if the hobbit theme might seem nice on paper, it's purely decorative and doesn't make up for the boring gameplay.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game got a lot of flack for not being more than what it was intended to be. I've enjoyed this game a lot - the graphics, the low-stakes gameplay, the focus on food and friendships, and the tidbits of lore included. I think Weta did a solid first stab at a game and I appreciate that they made it affordable and accessible for a wide range of people in terms of specs needed. If you're not the kind of person who gets excited about your garden being expanded or foraging for mushrooms, this may not be your game.
I would prefer to give a mixed review, but overall I can't recommend. The gameplay is quite tedious and boring at times. I love slice of life, farming, life sims, especially those that have interesting stories and character relationships. This one seems to lean to hard on being a licensed property than actually making an interesting game. Character design is iffy, gameplay loop drags and overall outside of grinding out MAX relationships/club ranks, most everything you want to do in the game can be done in the first 3 seasons of the game. With all that being said, if you can get the game cheap and only expect about 8-10 hours of non-fully repeating gameplay, then I say pick it up just for the atmosphere of playing a farming game in middle earth.
I reluctantly don't recommend it, but it could be fine if you get it on sale. I finished the game at about 50 hours mark. I didn't realize it was over; after the main story line, it's just a grind to level up in the different skills (gardening, cooking, foraging, fishing), which don't open at the beginning of the game. It would make more sense for those skills to level earlier, and would make the later part of the game less tedious. I don't understand why they didn't realize the content supports a short game and that's that-- they stretch it out, and the last part is kind of a slog. Many of the hours are just spent planting and harvesting and watering, if you get a good sized garden going. I wouldn't have bothered with all of that if I'd known the game was over and there was no reason to make money or take things further. In retrospect, I should've googled whether the game was over (I finally did once I finished the clubs and nothing happened for a few days), but I also think the game could've made it clearer that there was nothing more that would happen. If they had paced it better, and priced it better, it would've been a good enough game. Not great, but hey, at least you get to be a hobbit.
This game is pretty 10/10. I fell in love with the foraging, the decorating, and even some of the characters. I beg that y'all consider making a multiplayer feature because there is nothing more that i want than to be a hobbit with my friends. And if yall ever consider doing that, more decor would also be amazing. I love yall and this game has been so much fun. TY for making this and letting me live my cozy hobbit dreams
Sadly I cannot recommend this game. I like the foraging and the cooking OK, and if you liked those parts of Stardew Valley, you might too. But the story and quests are bland, the world is small and not immersive, the NPCs lack any charm or personality so interacting with them is a chore, the graphics are glitchy, and décor options for your hobbit hole are limited.
Cozy but flawed
I highly recommend this game for anyone looking for a chill, cozy experience, despite certain bugs and the lack of content. Here’s my short breakdown:

Cons

No auto-save feature
Occasional FPS drops
Bugs ranging from glitchy characters to items disappearing after purchase
In edit mode, you can sometimes place an item and be unable to stash it back
The game can randomly freeze while editing
The story is too short
I would have loved more updates, bug fixes, and better optimization, but sadly it doesn’t seem like there will be any

Pros

Extremely cozy, “turn off your brain” kind of game
Cooking, foraging, fishing, and gardening
Decorating your Hobbit hole (one of my favorite parts of the game)
Leveling up friendships with the townsfolk unlocks many features and rewards
Not overly grindy; you can take your time and just vibe, though it does have small grindy aspects (which I personally enjoy)
The main story combined with side quests feels wholesome
Adorable art style

Overall: If you’re looking for a relaxing, low-pressure cozy game set in a charming world, this is worth playing. Just be aware of the technical issues and short story.
