Despite the length I really enjoyed the story it was conveying. I never read the book this game is based on, but I'm a fan of classic RPG tropes and female protagonists, and this feels very "80's" as while your MC is a warrior woman, the love interest does most of the saving/thinking and she is, essentially, a vessel for women to project onto. Very short, but worth the price on sale.

It's quite fun.

Extremely short VN full of schoolgirl fantasy. BLEH

Teenage choose-your-own-adventure book game. Cheesy, short, romance thrown in at every turn for little or no reason but there are worse visual novels. Fun couple of hours to get through everything. UI is great with the skippables.

So, the reviews are quite accurate: it's full of cringeworthy scenes ([spoiler]most of the times it's out of nowhere kissing[/spoiler]) But the art is good, and some routes are quite enjoyable. So, by the end of it I'm pleased The game would have been 100% better if [spoiler]the romance wasn't forced, or just wasn't present at all. I swear you just need to swap kissing scenes for hugging / cheering and it's done[/spoiler])

A blast from my past. I loved the book this game is based on. It's romantic and sweet and it's a fun play through. It's like slipping into a cozy place and reading a good book.
