Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome home! The award-winning sci-fi city builder is back - remastered, expanded, and more stunning than ever. Your mission: colonize Mars and survive the process, from exploration and infrastructure to welcoming human colonists and achieving long-term stability. There are new challenges to overcome, new strategies to plan, and now with an upgraded look and feel for a new generation of explorers.
All you need for this relaunched mission to create a thriving Martian settlement is a steady supply of resources, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms… and a curious attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

Paradox keeps milking players. Not pleasing players. Once a big player/publisher... so sad to see the latest evolution. Surviving Mars : Relaunched still has the same bugs and problems the original game had. Just some overwork on visuals. Usually when something like this is released it's "normal" for existing owners of the game to get a free upgrade or at least a very discounted price. Not with paradox. If you like to support developers like the ones from one man sky that turn a huge failure into one of the greatest success stories both gameplay and financially .... then don't buy this game. It's the opposite.
I attempted to play thisa game (mainly to see what thew new politics system is like) and two things broke; the resolution and then the game as it crashed when I tried to start a new game. I wanted to excuse the scummy corporate greed (against my better judgment) if the game was better, but no, instead it's even more broken (i've never had that issue with the original, even with mods loaded). ♥♥♥♥ Paradox for this ♥♥♥♥, I got a refund immediatley

Solidly fun game that continues to engage me. I have hundreds of hours in this game between the original release and the Relaunched version.
I really like the concept, and its s definite improvement from its predecessor. However, very detrimental when it freezes or crashes. Lots of bugs. I've spent a lot of time on this game re-doing the same tasks and rebuilding due to it freezing. Moving on to something more stable.
Played this during the free weekend event. This game is the same as the previous version, which they deleted off the steam store so you can't even find it to view it. Everyone who had the original, now has to buy the re-upload, to play again basically because they won't be releasing updates to fix anything in the previous. From what I can gather, this version has all the same bugs as the original did, so its not even like they worked on it. they just did a quick "Hmm, no one's buying it anymore, lets delete it, upload it with new name, and make more money on it!" Its an extremely scummy move for the company, and I can see why people are flooding both games with bad reviews. Although the reviews of the previous game are useless now that the game is hidden. Oh look, here's the old one: /464920/Surviving_Mars/ (Steam automatically parses links) So, in my opinion, even if the original was "okay" made better by mods, this one is the exact same as the original, only with the DLC included, some of which sucked. Paying a second time for the slim chance that they MIGHT fix some bugs, is a big nope. Paradox, you suck. As a game tester and a long time player of your games, I can say I am extremely disappointed. To be fair, I didn't have much time to test this game because I had to deal with house repairs this weekend, but for the short duration I loaded this, yea, its pretty much all the same content. I wish I had more time to give the game a proper and full review but reading what others have said, judging for myself the beginnings of the game, remembering said stuff from the original... Yea... Its very much the same. Shameless money-grab.
random dc's after 20-60min playtime (on an a+ computer) makes this game unplayable. not expected from a game called "relaunched", such a shame for the good idea of the game.
Game causes pc to hard freeze after 40+ minutes. Tried opening task manager when i noticed the signs of it about to happen, right as i pressed the needed keys the whole pc froze, leaving me only able to move my mouse, after a few more minutes i could barley do that.
They didnt even fix bugs?! What is this ♥♥♥♥?
Basically like the original game but with more bugs. Updates have introduced even more bugs. Like colonist leaving their domes to travel to another dome by foot and dying.
Fun. Kinda hard, I soft locked myself a few times. It's not that buggy but I waited several months for it to be fixed.
