Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 1 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I genuinely don't know how this has this high a positive rating. It's menus on menus on menus, so unbelievably slow and unfun, and I hate to say it, but this may be the worst survival game I've ever played.
I’m a huge fan of survival games, and Survival: Fountain of Youth initially caught my interest. The setting is intriguing — shipwreck, exploration, resource gathering, and survival on mysterious islands. The first few hours were genuinely engaging as I scavenged for supplies and tried to stay alive. However, the novelty wore off quickly. While the game features mechanics like crafting, needs, and even poisoning, the overall gameplay feels bland. The world is vast but oddly lifeless. There’s not enough tension, discovery, or variation to keep things interesting over time. The sound design also detracts from the experience. One specific example: when your character is overloaded, they make bizarre noises that sound more like someone needing a bathroom break than a survivor under strain — it completely breaks immersion. I kept playing and pushed through to see where it would go, but in the final stretch, I had to force myself to continue. It just didn’t captivate me. To give you some context: I’ve spent over 300 hours in The Long Dark, a game that’s also repetitive but manages to create real atmosphere and emotional weight. Would I buy Fountain of Youth again? Honestly, no. There’s potential here, but right now, the experience just isn’t compelling enough to recommend.

143 HRS to beat the game. bought on sale with another game. Could have done it faster but why not just enjoy the play and the sub missions. the only real complaint I have is that the further into the game I got, the more it was just crashing out to desktop. Sometimes it was almost unplayable. So I learned to save alot and even those didnt take sometimes. this is a known issue per what others have said too. I've seen other comments about the resources being inadequate. well whats the point of playing if everything is easy and simple. enjoy the struggle at the start. It gets easier to maintain your health food water and energy as you progress. A better tutorial would be helpful but like any game.... you cant have it all. the build/craft menu is a bit odd until you get used to it. example: cutting down a tree, you dont actually see yourself cutting it down. its menu based so you click cut down tree, the time/task bar scolls and some of the tool durability is used and you pick up the tree and cart it or carry it where you want. graphics are pretty good, not great but generally good enough not to be distracting from the gameplay. I did enjoy the storyline even though it leads you along and the end was gratifying as it gave good closure I thought. each island chain had its own challenges and tasks, plus totally different environments. the only bug I encountered besides the odd animal every now and then was the Wolf boss. He and fellow wolves would glitch and get stuck in their starting locations. I went back several times to complete but it didnt help; I couldn't complete that boss. Did not affect the game/endgame though so... Generally a good all around game if it weren't for the crashing issue but still a good game in and of itself. would recommend for a relatively relaxing experience.
游戏大量bug,可玩性一般,超级肝,然后一个bug,家(在铜岛建的)刷没了,东西全没,直接毁档,不建议游玩
Wow this game is slept on, only 1560 reviews at the time i wrote this. Must be bad marketing because this game is amazing! I went into it not expecting much, grumpy that it doesn't have co op. Yet it has that special something, between the exploration, the mystery, the sailing, and the crafting that just keeps you playing. If you like Valheim , enshrouded, the Forrest, etc, you will get hooked on this. Don't expect amazing combat, but the exploration and crafting is top notch.
It is an early review and I am stuck with the game. I can already tell you, the number one downfall is the crafting. The whole thing feels like a cheap mobile, 'time passing' without it passing nonsense. I get that it is suppose to feel like a life simulation that, 'time passes while you craft', but then, maybe change the screen. The story / voice acting is a bit cheesy...so...I would say no, even on sale for $12. I may return and post more, but the game lost my interest even with only under an hour played.
It didn't really vibe with me. I didn't play it for long before I gave up, so you might find it improves on further playing or if your tastes differ from mine, but as for me I didn't really find it immersive and I felt like I was just clicking through a bunch of menus. I usually like survival type games, so I was a bit disappointed.
ノーマルモードでクリア。サブノーティカが似たプレイ感だが、よりサバイバルに焦点を当てていて、生活環境を少しずつ改善していく過程にとてもはまった。良作だと思います。少し時間をおいてまたプレイしたい。
