This is a good SRW entry. It's rather slow at the start, but at least they keep you interested throughout. There's always at least a plot revelation at the end of each chapter. The UI is still too convoluted. I don't like how everything is crunched towards the middle of the screen. There are some good crossover moments, but not as good as SRW 30's. Witch from Mercury is almost completely separate from the overall plot, while Macross Delta is very well integrated. Majestic Prince is more self-contained here than in SRW 30. Overall, this game is Macross Delta, Getter Robo Arc and Dynazenon-centric. Although Godzilla won't show up for most of the game, they actually hype it up correctly. When you finally fight it, it's like you're at the end of this long quest and finally got your reward.

除开作画、UI设计之外，可以见到Y比30在关卡选择、交互剧情方面打磨升级了一番。许多剧情都可圈可点：（因涉及剧透已打码）[spoiler] 蔡斋西因为认识哪吒所以无法对张五飞放着不管 [/spoiler]，水星魔女生日剧情能把好几作融合在一块，喷射杰格对人心的探讨，电磁小队和莱汀的主线等等。一些插科打诨的桥段也很自然展开让人会心一笑。对于喜欢看跨作品人物交流的玩家来说，Y绝对算得上佳作
Finally another Super Robot Wars on Steam. As a Mecha Fan who especially loves Characters and Stories you can't find better games. More SRW on Steam is always welcome!
Super Robot Wars Y has for me once again captured the magic that the SRW games aim for. Each character (at least from the base I haven't played through with the DLCs yet) feels like they have a part in the story, and of course the mecha is great.

Been really enjoying going through this one. It goes without saying, if you like Super Robot/Real Robot stuff in either classic or modern form, you'll find something you like here. They got everything from Heavy Metal L-Gaim to Gundam and Aura Battler Dunbine. The tracks are very faithful to their respective IP, often times including the actual songs themselves in addition to tasteful renderings. I'm especially stoked on this one due to the inclusion of Gundam characters and mechs from Wing and G Gundam. Overall, if you like mech stuff and grid based strategy games you should give this one a shot.
