For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Not bad, but not for me. General rule of thumb for my reviews, I'm not objectively rating the game, I'm letting you know how it worked for me and if I liked it. I didn't like Super Magbot. Super Magbot is a puzzle platformer, but without the usual jump mechanics. Instead, Super magbot has you controlling a short line around the character that can fire out a short positive or negitive magnetic pulse (it's just red and blue to make things easy). So, much like many puzzle platformers, this game is all about speed and precision. However, this game increases the required precision because you need to control your character AND you need to control the retical around them and time your "shots" correctly. I don't think this game is particularly difficult if you're just trying to complete it. This isn't a rage game or a game that requires pixel perfect positioning, so if you LOVE puzzle platformers and want something a little different, you might like this game. The main reason I don't jive with this game is because I find it too fiddly and not enjoyable enough to warrant pushing through the fiddly nature of the game. In standard puzzle platformers, you only need to consider your character and the level around them, and it's a lot of fun to figure out how to navigate a level. The execution required can range from easy to tough as nails, but it's always the same kind of gameplay, and I think it perfectly rides the line between simplicity and enjoyment. Super Magbot has shifted itself into the more complex side of things, and as such, it is a little easier. The game isn't that much easier due to the added complexity of actually playing, but the levels themselves are incredibly easy to read and understand what you need to do. On top of that, if you don't care about speed, the character will halt in the air for about half a second while you press one of the mouse buttons to give you more time to line up your shot and make a "jump". I think this is what really ruined the game for me. Either I slow WAY down to line up my shots, or I move quick and often miss a shot due to the funky method of handling the reticle around the player. Rather than aiming your mouse somewhere on screen and your reticle pointing towards it, you directly change the direction of the reticle by moving your mous left/right or up/down. This is likely to make it easier to move the reticle quickly, but it ends up making it VERY imprecise and annoying to control. I think this game would be better with a few different control options to allow for handling the reticle differently. If you could change the mouse behaviour, or allow the reticle to be controlled with additional buttons (IJKL, Arrow Keys, Num Pad, ABXY on controller, etc) so you could snap the reticle between 8 different directions, it would remove the fiddly nature of the reticle AND make it so players can control the reticle the way that makes the most sense to them. As is, I'm just not enjoying completing levels enough to continue on. I finished all but the last level in the first world, and you can see how long that took me, so you can extrapulate that this isn't a very long game. Again, I don't really think this is a bad game, but it's not for me. If you don't REALLY like puzzle platformers, you'll probably bounce off of this one.
Tons of fun to play! The mechanics and movement are amazing. Very satisfying to finally complete a level and try to beat your time.
One of the best platformers ever made. Perfect movement and replayability.
I always thought the hardest level was the one I had just beaten until the next one proved me wrong. Super Magbot is a 2D platforming game with a twist: you can't jump. Instead you use your magnetic powers to pull yourself toward or push yourself away from magnetic objects to navigate each level. I wouldn't call it a rage game though because it never intentionally tries to troll you. However, it can certainly become frustrating as you may find yourself stuck in a seemingly endless loop of failures and restarts caused by a single tiny mistake. The later levels demand very precise movement and quick thinking within a short amount of time. However, the game includes additional accessibility features at no extra cost. You can remove the cooldown of your magnetic ability, stop time while aiming and even enable checkpoints so you don't have to start each level from the very beginning. Personally, I'm a huge fan of these options since I wouldn't have beaten the game without it. If you're patient and enjoy challenging platformers that reward practice and precision, Super Magbot is absolutely worth picking up during a sale. If frustration gets the better of you easily, then you might want to skip this one.
Super Magbot is a good platformer! If you like things like Super Meat Boy, then you'd likely enjoy this, I think! The main gimmick is interesting, and requires some practice to get down, and I think it gets nicely elaborated on throughout. Worth $10, I think :]
