First review: I will be honest, this game is just like a mobile game, a clone in fact. The sound effects they have are pretty annoying, and the sound when you click the mouse sounds like some hocking a spit wad up. The map is super hard to navigate, and I got lost even though they give a map. If you like childish, boring, and repetitive mobile games, then this one is for you, I guess. No need to get this unless you want to waste 3 dollars on a game that should be FREE.
Simple cheap and fun
The game looks like a typical arcade game from phones, but it doesn't hurt anything because it is very pleasant, cute and playable. We get a ball and our task is to get to the end of the open world,to do this we have to collect stars that allow us to open more portals, which forces us to explore the entire map, it is linear and non-linear at the same time. We can stretch our ball and shoot in the desired direction, depending on the color of the plane, the ball will stick or bounce, the number of platforms is not particularly varied, but the number of mini-levels is large enough not to get bored with them. The only drawback of the game is that it is too simple, as I wrote earlier, a typical phone game, easy, fun and cheap.

Super Goo Goo is, admitedly, the sort of game I'm drawn to. That being said, it's also the sort of game I expect great things from. Though I would not call it great (at least not yet) I have to admit that I am enjoying it quite a bit. The controls couldn't be simpler. Just point the curser where you wish "Goo Goo", a ball of goo, to jump to. The game even offers a trajectory trace to make things less frustrating. The walls the "Goo Goo" hits react differently. Some stick, some reflect explosively. Most do nothing. A pretty cool little game for the price, $2.99, and quite possibly the MOST deadly game I've ever played. I'm not sure it's possible to die more quickly or frequently than this game demands. This game offers dozens (if not hundreds) of tiny little puzzles to navigate the many rooms in the huge.......building? Fortunately, a detailed map is provided for a simple RMB (right mouse button.) Some puzzles are very clever, none are just so stupid you want to walk away. And I must admit on occasion I have just laughed...out...LOUD! The first 2 bosses are possibly the easiest I've seen in gaming (once I figured out that's even what they were.) I just realized I've neglected to mention the point of this game! Well, actually the point is just to cruise, and have some laughs, but in that process you accumulate stars. Certain numbers of stars are necessary to pass through some of the "wormholes" to the other rooms. While the rooms share similarities, they also share a great numbers of original & creative surprises. Cruising is emphased by the need to return to rooms to find stars that were not noticed, or were possibly not there, on first traverse. Keys must also be found to open certain rooms. Artistically this could easily be called "the South Park" of games. Having an artistic center of such extreme simplicity, the sounds, though authentic to the style, do grow annoying. And I think I might have been happier, and certainly $0.99 richer, had I not bought the soundtrack, whatever it may be. Nothing except a clanky piano sounds much like music. As it says on the Store Page "All the sounds were made by his mouth(!!!)" Golly. Unfortunately, so far there is just about ZERO community for this game. Not enough info was even available for several days to even generate anything vaguely statistical about the achievements. I feel sure that's a situation that will change. Although, unless the DEVS provide a presence on Steam in any form at all, I could be wrong. Plays GREAT on a Mac. At this point, apparently NOT cloud supported. Each computer you have will play its own seperate game. (4jk(c))
I just didn't enjoy the game at all. I found the map confusing to navigate and wasn't sure where I should be going. I just got too bored to try and work it out. I only paid 36p ($0.5) for it but I knew I would never play it again so I asked for a refund. I would definitely try before you buy though, especially if you like colourful puzzle games. That's what is so good about the refund policy.
What makes a good game? Is it the beautifully crafted characters and expansive worlds? Is it the jaw dropping graphics and a soundtrack that has you listening to it on repeat? Is it the endless possibilities that a game has to offer even after completing the story that kept you on the edge of your seat for hours? The simple answer to all these questions, is no. A game is not defined as good by what it is, but by what it represents. Games nowadays are all about what’s new and popular, and not about what a game should be about, the game. That is where Super Goo Goo shines. Super Goo Goo is one of the only modern day titles that I can truthfully say is a classic and is always about the game and experience that the player has. It has all the elements to be, not just a good game, but an amazing game. When you first load up the game you are welcomed with a perfect menu that helps you get right into the action and meet our hero, S.G. Goo. We learn about his journey for the 100 stars, and how they were stolen many moons ago, and we now must help him fulfill his destiny. You will be taken across the massive world, searching for them while solving complex puzzles, and defeating the bosses that guard them. Without a doubt, the story has to be one of the biggest emotional roller coasters I’ve been on in all my years of gaming, nothing quite compares to the experience. Without giving too much away about the story; you will laugh, you will cry, and you will be wanting more. Whether it be more puzzles to solve, more stars to collect, or another boss to slay, you will want to continue to play this game until there is absolutely nothing left for you to do. To wrap things up, Super Goo Goo is a must buy. The game is only $3, which is such a low asking price for a game of its caliber. You can pick it up and play for a few hours, or continue to play and still barely scratch the surface. The replayability of it is on par with many AAA games, but the quality and the enjoyment you get is much higher. There are many games that seem like they would be a waste of your money, but not this. Super Goo Goo represents all that is good within gaming, wouldn’t you want to be a part of that?
Разраб заблудился, и попал не в GooglePlay, а в Steam к дяде гейбу. Школьники негодуют, петухи кукарекают, а мне игра доставила)))
I don‘t like this game.
It works, there's a bit of fun to be had, but if you're here because of Chicory or Wandersong, you're not missing much.
jest nudna oddałem ją bo sie nudzi po 30 min
