全 2 面、1 面クリアまで 1.5 時間ほど。 ひとことで表すと、『Enviro-Bear 2000』ミーツ Rage Game（イライラ系登山ゲーム）。 Enviro-Bear はハンドル・アクセル・ブレーキ・シフトレバーをマウスのみで操作するというなかなか忙しいドライブゲームだったが、本作はマウスオンリーという点は共通するものの操作体系が多少整理されているので、運転のもどかしさはあまり感じない。（具体的には、左クリックにアクセル + ハンドル、右クリックにブレーキ + シフトレバー のように割り当てられており、全体的にポインティング操作の負荷が軽減されている） では Enviro-Bear より操作が簡単なのかというと一概にそうとも言えず、本作はドライブギアが 2 段階に分かれていることが大きな特徴となっている。トルクの小さいギア 1 は急な坂道を登りきれないため、その場合はトルクの大きいギア 2 に切り替えて一気に登る必要がある。が、ギア 2 は速度もあるので登りきった先で勢い余って崖から落ちないよう注意しなければならない。「普通ローギアのほうがトルクは大きいだろ」というツッコミを入れたくなるが、あらゆる斜面のまわりで発生するこのギア操作こそがレイジゲーム・登山ゲームの「頂上を目指して登る」というフォーマットにマッチしていて良いひねりになっているとおもう。 また、カーステレオでいつでも BGM を変更できるようになっている。サンバキックが気持ちいいラテン系の音楽やしっとりしたジャズなどチルな曲が揃っているので、イライラしたときの気分転換に活用しよう。

I got carpal tunnel in my wrist from trying to turn on my windshield wipers to scare away a bird but it was 10000% worth it. 10/10

Summit Drive is a simple but challenging game that gives off a similar feeling to games like Getting Over It. However it actually respects your time and skills by not fully resetting your adventure if you mess up. Small mistakes are actually learning opportunities and patience to overcome obstacles is rewarded. It's a great introduction to the genre without causing you to punch a hole in the wall out of frustration. Also the bird is cute and is doing their best.

I really liked it. I wish it was longer, I wish there was more. I played this game while hammered, despite almost never drinking. Really fun.

A wonderful little experience that absolutely does not fit the category of rage climber. The game is very educational, dropping you one, maybe two trials down whenever you fumble at the wheel or can't knock a bird off your windscreen fast enough. The credits, fittingly, offer a nod to Enviro-Bear 2000, but really this game doesn't have the hectic energy of something like that. It's actually quite relaxing, and I'd strongly recommend this even to people who feel burned by "physics climbing" or "Foddian" titles in the past. Lovely, enjoyable, and with the promise of more levels it could be a classic!

I just completed both climbs, and I love this game. I have about ~2.5 hours of play time. I think its a perfect place to start for "rage games" and super reasonable priced. There's punishment but also a ton of forgiveness. The game feels good to play, especially once you get used to the controls. Any "jank" mostly made me laugh, thanks to the forgiveness, but honestly I didn't find any game breaking issues. You get rewarded for exploring new routes and may even find shortcuts. The environment is gorgeous, as long as you love pixel art like i do. And the music is fricken lovely with tons of options to choose from (all copyright free btw) Great job, i look forward to more updates and future projects from this dev. FYI - real champs carry birds up both mountains lol

Inventive and fun driving system and a cute bird with lots of ragebating level design to drive through. Super fun!

This game is a blast. It's a highly diegetic rage game with a strangely calming environment and musical backdrop. Every time you fall down it's almost like the game is saying, "That's ok. Take your time!"

Just popped in for the first hour of driving finally this week. This game is difficult for me, but with every road I fall down, I brush myself off, take another sip of my beer, then keep on truckin'. Life is like that, and I am taking my time with this game because I don't know what lies at the top of the hill, but it must be worth it if this bird is driving his car all this way. 10/10, this needs a night mode with rain
